Great View and location

The property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and had everything you'd need for a beach trip. They had a couple of umbrellas and a beach chair to use at the beach, which was nice. The view from the balcony was nice. Would stay again.

2023 Orange Beach Vacation

We try and come to Orange Beach every summer with our kiddos. We have always stayed at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Everything was great with our recent visit. My only concern was the freezer's ice machine was not operable.

Nice condo but in glass shower Never could get cold water. Only scalding Hot so that only the other tub shower combo usable. That was disappointing.

Functional family vacation spot

Property has everything you need to keep the family routine going and very responsive property owners who know the area.It's evident that the owners have their guests ease and accessibility in mind. Whether it was pizza cutter or an ironing board, we had what we needed to avoid multiple trips to Walmart (5 minutes drive).The location is also very close to most outings and excursions. There are plenty of families renting units within this complex, but it didn't feel out of control. The unit was also pretty quiet during after hours.Make sure to make use of the carts in the stairwells for groceries. Would stay again if we're in the area.

Wonderful getaway to refresh our minds!

I had no issues at all renting this condo! They answered every question I had plus responded quickly! We added a day at the last minute and they were very accommodating! The weather was great which makes it much better! Thank you for the excellent experience would definitely recommend this company and unit!

Teen Girls' Trip

All of the girls and the moms enjoyed the time at the property. Make sure you know the rules regarding the sea turtles (colors of lights/flashlights allowable on the beach at night, closing curtains, etc.). We didn't see the signage immediately.

Review of 4409 Seaside Beach and Racquet Club

The property itself was very nice. There are some improvements that need to bee made. The sliding glass doors need maintenance. They are very hard to open. The carport on the porch was ragged and needs to be replaced. The sliding door in the 2nd bedroom bath would not close completely. There was a pile of broken glass swept under the bed in the front bedroom. Storage space in the front bedroom was limited. All else was extremely good. I would recommend this property for others. The staff that I spoke to was very courteous and professional. Windows needed to be cleaned. Most of these are minor.

Great location, poor mattresses

The location of the condo was great . The guest bedroom with the bunk beds had horrible mattresses .we felt every spring , my nephew ended up sleeping on the couch . The bunk bed may need to be tightened , it shifts . Underneath the sink in the guest bathroom has dust , other items such as a pair of shorts that looks like it has been there for a while . Only reason I saw it is because I dropped my contact case on the floor and then saw the mess .. the toilet paper holder and toilet brush cleaner holder is completely rusted . For the amount of money I spent I would have hoped for comfortable beds and a clean area There aslso wasn’t a broom to sweep anything

I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially considering the price you paid for your stay. Additionally, I sincerely apologize for the dust and the items you found under the sink — that’s certainly not the standard we aim to maintain. I also want to apologize for the missing broom, which would have been a helpful amenity for keeping the space clean during your stay. We take all of these concerns seriously and will be sure to address them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are resolved. Your experience isn’t reflective of the standard we want to provide, and I truly appreciate you bringing these things to our attention. We’ll work to make improvements so that future guests have a more comfortable and clean experience. My 50th Birthday Get away

Great view, the beach was great, the restaurants were great. The condo was underwhelming. The cleanliness was missing and the furniture was extremely extremely dirty. We had to call for maintenance to bring sheets to cover the furniture so that we could sit down, in the living room dining room and patio furniture. I was extremely disappointed. The condo requires upgraded furniture and cleanliness. They need to hire a new Cleaning Service as there was hair on the bathroom floors and in the tub. I called management, he did send someone to cover the furniture but no one ever came to fix the locks on the sliding doors or the handle that was broken. It is an older condo without upgrades. If you are looking for the bare minimum basic and don't have high standards for cleaning, this is the place for you.
