Profitez de ce plancher bas, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo Ocean Reef! L'unité 703 a un grand plan d'étage avec une chambre principale et un salon face au golfe et comprend 2 lits king, un canapé-lit, un mobilier confortable et un balcon surdimensionné pour le plaisir de tous. Le salon jouxte le balcon et comprend un canapé-lit et une télévision à écran plat. Les améliorations comprennent le revêtement de sol en carrelage de la salle de séjour avec dosseret de barre et de cuisine assorti, les parois de douche carrelées avec des pommes de douche améliorées et une laveuse sécheuse côte à côte. L'unité 703 offre une vue imprenable sur la plage, le golfe et la piscine / le bain à remous. Ce condo au 7ème étage est parfaitement situé, ni trop haut ni trop bas, et est situé au milieu de la passerelle (loin des ascenseurs) et offre une vue nord dégagée via la fenêtre de la chambre d'hôtes. Laissons entrer le Soleil! Ça va encore mieux! Ocean Reef 703 comprend un service de plage gratuit qui comprend 2 chaises longues et un parasol installé quotidiennement entre mars et 31 octobre. Great location at Ocean Reef in PCB & great memories!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef and would come back to this location again. Being on the 7th floor was convenient, especially if there are elevator issues or long lines. The condo was clean, spacious, and had the basic essentials. The pool was a decent size, but was closed a few times (short amount of time) due to weather. Location was amazing with putt putt, Amore donuts, an arcade, Alvins Island, a pizza place, and Runaway Island restaurant all in walking distance. Overall our stay was great and we would return to this condo and location again!

November 2024 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s second time to stay at Ocean Reef and use Greta’s Beach Rentals and we had another great experience. Unit 703 was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was well furnished with all the things to make you feel at home. When we walked in the unit smelled so fresh and clean. The complex itself is easy to get around and within walking distance to so much. Greta’s Beach Rentals is awesome! We decided last minute to head to head to the beach for a few days and they were so good to deal with. I called and they answered with a friendly voice and had is booked in just a few minutes. We have used them before and will definitely use their service again.

Sprained knee vacation

Sprained knee, couldn't get to the beach, couldn't get in the water because of the passing hurricane but i didn't have to work. Good time until i had to pay$20. For each wrist band not returned thinking they were souvenirs like W.W.J.D. but thanks to Adam i only had to pay for 2 wrist bands. Great view great location good vibes 👌 stay blessed 🙏

Ok visit

Ocean had two red flags all the vacation! That means you could not go in the surf! They were giving 500$ tickets! What a bummer to drive to the beach and can’t go in the surf the whole seven days! Yes they gave ticket’s although we didn’t get any we seen it! Even the ocean is owned by the county i guess. Oh yea you also need a license to fish in the ocean to. Everything has to be commercialized to make money!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a short walk out to the water (just a small stretch of natural grasses to go through) and I really liked that two beach loungers and an umbrella were included with the unit. The pools are both nice, but there are only 4 chairs for the indoor pool. I appreciated having assigned parking, but the parking garage was the smallest and funkiest that I have ever seen. Our minivan couldn’t make the turns in the garage without backing up. The cleaning service must turn & burn the units because ours was not very clean. There was sand all over the floors & dining room table and trash under the beds in the second bedroom. There was a lot of road noise in the evenings because people were cruising up and down Front Beach Road until the wee hours, so bring a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper! Overall, I would stay here again and I’d definitely book with Greta’s Beach Rentals again! They are super responsive (the cleaning service forgot to leave us kitchen towels & a kitchen washcloth, and Riley at Greta’s had them brought to us right away) and very nice. We had a great trip and the weather was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice vacation condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was ready and clean when we arrived. The only thing lacking was dish cloths and dish towel, but we’ve learned to travel with our own. It was a great place to stay, I prefer a condo on a higher floor but my wife likes the units on lower floors. The elevators were being worked on, so we actually used the stairs a lot since we were on a lower floor, which I prefer anyway. The only drawback was the building next to us to the west blocked our view of sunrises. The other thing was the TV in the living room took a while for us to figure out, not used to the technology. Great stay and location.

August 2021 Stay

Excellent personal interactions with Greta's staff turned a problem into a lovely carefree mini-vacation. The night before we were to leave, VRBO said our unit was "no longer available". One unit left in Ocean Reef and Greta's team secured it for us. WooHoo, GREAT time with our grand kids! ORC #703 was delightful. Extra large balcony with exquisite view. Crystal pools indoors and out. Eeeeaasy walk to the beach, restaurants, and other fun. We'll be back!
