The perfect play to stay in the perfect city

Absolutely everything was perfect. The location in my opinion is the the best in Barcelona, being located on a picture perfect street and above some lovely restaurants and cafes. The apartment was extremely spacious, superbly equipped (far better than most homes, let alone rental properties ) , with the entire apartment also being stylishly and tastefully decorated. In addition we were greeted at the property by the team who were both charming, and welcoming. All in all a fantastic stay, in a beautiful city.

Disappointment and concern

Room negotiated was not available. Room given was devoid of any warmth with bare walls and utility type furnishings. Very different to brochure picture. Within a few days my original booked room had others staying? Told apartment was within walking distance of city centre. This was untrue and required daily subway journeys. When leaving I reiterated remaining problems with the apartment such as blinds not functioning and microwave obviously off it’s mounting. When leaving I was promised a reimbursement of my security deposit within twenty four hours. I am still waiting for this to occurrvnine days later! To summaries based on my experience with this organization I have to advise avoidance.

Great value for money in this apartment ! Came for a short stay for work and it was fitting to my person. It wasn't my 1st time in Barcelona and I enjoyed it as always. Apartment had all the amenities necessary (plates, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, really good wifi). One day the wifi was off, 10 minutes later it was back online ! Quick response from the team at My Space

Very good value for money

3 double bedrooms were all the same size and 1 good shower room, perfect for 6 of us. Air con in all rooms. Lovely lounge for 6 of us, in a great location. The host showed us to a private parking space to store the car for 2 days (not needed). We would book this apartment again

Great holiday in a very good and ideally located

The location is excellent and very convenient for the major attractions Many good and varied tapas bars / restaurants on the doorstep, very handy for an 80 year old with reduced mobility. A huge choice further afield. Apartment well equipped with nothing missing and washing powder and dishwasher tablets supplied. Plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Good bathroom good shower over a bath. Good air conditioning. Handy shop around the corner and supermarkets within a few minutes walk for supplies.
