We had a wonderful stay.

Host was great with answering any questions I had. The area was nice and quiet and we were just a few minutes walk to the beach. We will be using this great home again.

Great little guest house

We were really impressed with the place. It was easy to find, a short walk to the beach and quick drive into town. The place had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway and was a great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect guest house in Las Conchas

Fantastic location, nicely upgraded and very clean! We enjoyed every aspect of the casita and the neighborhood. Especially that our two pups were welcomed as well!

Great location about 100 yards from the beach. Clean & well decorated. Perfect size for couple or family of 4 getaway. Property manager & owners very friendly & helpful with anything you need. No complaints whatsoever & will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for my wife, myself & our beloved mastiff. Very close walk to great beach-nice tide pools when the tide is out, great smooth sand bottom swimming when her tide is in. Very well maintained & equipped rental at a small price

Great Time, Great Stay!

We had a wonderful visit, the house was great; clean, spacious and met our expectations. We didn’t prepare any meals there but everything was at had if we wanted to. We loved it! We will definitely rent this place again.

Quick Getaway

It’s hard to find a great place close to the beach that is pet friendly. This is it, felt super comfortable and secure here. The beach is literally a hop, skip and a jump from the house. We will definitely book again soon!

This place was perfect for the two of us! Well equipped with bedding, towels, and dishes. Very clean and comfortable. Only a 2 minute walk to the water! The host, Gary, was wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much. We will book here again without a doubt.

It was the most flawless experience in Rocky point that I've had and I've been there a few times I've even asked him about his other properties in case this one is full the next time we come out super friendly super kind just made us feel right at home
