Cuisine / salle à manger: Avec cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et machine à laver.
Salle de bain: avec douche dans la baignoire (pas de toilette).

Jardin avec pelouse avec terrasse et chaises de jardin. Parking privé. Ne pas fumer. S'il vous plaît noter: Il y a 2 marches à la terrasse. . Ce charmant cottage spacieux trois étoiles est situé à la périphérie du village dans une position calme et paisible. Il constitue un point de départ idéal pour des vacances reposantes et offre de nombreuses possibilités de découvrir la côte nord de Norfolk. Le village de voile de Brancaster Staithe est à 4 miles. Il y a de magnifiques plages à Brancaster, Holkham et Wells et la station balnéaire de Hunstanton est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture. Il y a des sanctuaires d'oiseaux à Titchwell, Scolt Head et Blakeney et les terrains de golf de Brancaster, Sheringham et Hunstanton et à proximité de nombreux bâtiments historiques, notamment Houghton Hall, Holkham, Oxburgh Hall, Blickling et Felbrigg. The Barn was in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast from Hunstanton to Cromer.We had everything we needed in the cottage from a well equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and sofas, and central heating for the odd chilly evening.

Ideally located cottage, the coast is a short car journey away. The cottage is very comfortable, in a quiet location, although there is some minor traffic noise at times. Overall I would recommend this cottage for a holiday in north Norfolk.

We spent a lovely week at The Barn.

We spent a lovely week at The Barn. It was very well situated for trips to the marshes and to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and we did appreciate the large fridge-freezer and the dishwasher. We were lucky to have good weather so had breakfast on the patio a number of times. We would be keen to return. Thank you!

A warm comfy cottage

The cottage was very warm and comfy. The first place I have ever stayed that had a lovely comfortable settee. The kitchen was light and spacious. Wild ducks and rabbits running around the garden. If the toilet had been upstairs I would have given 5 stars.

A most pleasant and comfortable cottage that is located in a quiet area.

A most pleasant and comfortable cottage that is located in a quiet area. The property is light and airy with triple aspect windows in the lounge and kitchen. All the rooms were of a good size and it was a pleasure to stay there. The garden was of a good size and is next to a large open field which had cattle in during our stay. We awoke to the dawn chorus of the local bird life, and often saw ducks, rabbits and pheasants close by. Although there are not many local amenities in the village, it is only a short drive to a variety of towns that offer good shopping facilities and restaurants etc. The local roads are also most pleasant for cycling, with little traffic and lovely views. A word of warning though, is that despite the famous quote that Norfolk is 'flat', North Norfolk certainly is not! Lovely beaches close by, our favourites being Brancaster and Holme. Great area for walking, with the Peddars Way and the North North Coastal path and a good variety of local footpaths. We will definitely return to this cottage, and wish to thank the owners for letting out their property and giving us an opportunity to visit this lovely part of the world.

Have stayed at The Barn several times before and will again. Property is comfortable and warm (January visit) and is ideally located for visits to Sandringham and all the North Norfolk coastal towns and villages.
