Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This was by far one of the nicest condos I have stayed in the Summit. It was updated, clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen! I will definitely stay here again!

Great room!

Wonderful quiet and relaxing weekend!!

The condo was such a wonderful place to be in November!! Winter is the perfect time to be in PCB! It was quiet and the beach was as beautiful as ever. Every time we came back to the condo after being out, if felt like we were walking into our own mini resort. The space is very tastefully renovated and decorated and has all of the amenities of home.

Nice Condo!

This condo was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our toddler slept on the bunk bed with no issue. The view is amazing. The only complaint I have (and the only reason I’m giving this 4 stars) is there was no WiFi.

Another great beach trip


Condo was super clean and updated with decor which is something I always look for. The grounds were well kept with plenty to keep people busy! I loved that the unit came with beach chairs but I didn’t love having to go down daily to be assigned the seats. Highly recommend this u it!

Nursing School Getaway!

My friends and I were taking a little vacation from nursing school.. our experience here was like no other! We all had the time of our lives, the condo was extremely homey and beach vacay vibes! We would all 100% recommend booking this room to anyone! The room was fully equipped with all of the cooking and baking utensils, pots, pans, blender, Keurig... etc! The washer and dryer came in handy for sure! It was just an AWESOME experience all together!! 100% worth it! :) Thanks for being so awesome!!!!!!

Relaxing

Great place to stay the view is amazing! So clean! Best kitchen with all the right equipment! Beds were awesome!! Location was nice not near the main pier park but plenty to do around us. My only complaint...They made it clear that we could not check in until 4 but when we went to check in at the office they closed at 4. Thankfully we caught them and they stayed a few more minutes for us to sign the paperwork. We waited in town for an hour waiting for 4:00 because the information was very clear no early check in. I suggest you move your check in time at least an hour back so people can get signed in and get their resort bracelets (that are required) BEFORE the front desk closes. Also, when we were leaving it was 9:45 am and my husband realized he forgot his shirt hanging up, went back to go in and at 9:50 the lock code had already been changed. I understand being specific with check in and check out but you should build a grace of at least 5 or 10 min. We checked out early and could not get back in before 10 am. Other than that the place was great! I would stay here again. The beach chairs were a plus and I would suggest taking advantage of the free tickets by setting up tours at the beginning of your stay for the week ahead!

Beautiful beach stay

We love the summit. Full kitchen, washer dryer and balcony overlooking the ocean. Plus a heated swimming pool and outdoor and indoor hot tubs. What more do you need.

Be aware of parking!

The condo was nice, very updated on the inside and decorated beautiful. One thing that was not mentioned or that did not stand out to me was the parking, you are not always promised a parking spot on this property even though you have a parking pass!! Make sure you don’t stay out past 11:00pm or you will come back and not have a place to park! They have a few “public lots” 2 miles down the road you can park at and WALK back in to your condo!!!! There is no shuttle or anything to assist you in getting back and forth! I was literally told to park my vehicle that had a parking pass 2 miles away at the Ripley’s believe it not public lot and walk 2 miles back. (I have a 12 yr old and 3 yr old)- it was 11 pm!! So just beware!! Sad thing is, the old night club lot next door is completely empty, you’d think they’d work out a deal with them for the time being or something. Other than the parking, only other issues we had were no washcloths, and the washing machine was really loud.

Beach Vibes

The condo was exactly as pictured and fit our needs perfectly! It is conveniently located to several kid friendly activities and the ice cream shop just down the way, family owned, was GREAT! My children loved seeing the ocean and beach for the first time and we made very special memories the week we were there! I would highly recommend this property!

Nice Room

The room was nice. The summit is a great place to stay. Both of the toilets in this room constantly ran. The tub would not drain. Other than that it was a great room.

I do not recommend the Summit!

This place is in desperate need of maintenance. The elevators are boarded up with no airflow whatsoever. There was mold everywhere including the ceiling in our unit. We came home one evening to everything in the refrigerator and freezer ruined. I called maintenance and had to leave a message and to this day I have not heard back from them. They turned the water off one day at 10 am and it didn’t get back on until late that evening then we were under a boil order the remainder of our stay. The unit itself was Newley remolded with nice furniture and decor and came with free beach service everyday that is the only good thing I can say about the place. I talked to several others there on vacation who’s experiences where worse than ours! I have been to the beach many times and this was by far the worst place we have ever stayed! Do not stay here!!!

Mommy/daughter vacation

Had a wonderful vacation with my mom for mother's day. Everything was clean and beautiful. My only issue was the bed in the master was not very comfortable. The view was fantastic. The weather perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook dinner. We looooved the beach chair service. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will be back soon and would love to stay in 1025.
