Plafond cathédrale sur deux niveaux salon, salle à manger et la salle familiale acclimatés par des ventilateurs de plafond, une salle de poudre. 3 chambres spacieuses, chacune avec salle de bains, dressing / dressing et onduleur multi-split a / c (Un roi 2 lits jumeaux / + 1 futon / 2 lits doubles). cuisine et buanderie et lave-vaisselle et refroidisseur de vin entièrement équipée. Lydia was amazing, she communicated everything we needed to know about the villa. She was very quick to respond to the few questions we had and made getting situated very easy. The villa was perfect for us, the place was very clean, well stocked with towels, linen, cooking utensils, etc. The location was perfect for us. We just hope that the villa is available for use next year We plan to visit again in 2027

Great stay in Puerto Rico

We loved the villa and property, great for a large family gathering. Highly recommend a rental car which you can get at the airport or the Wyndham Rio Mar hotel.

Fantastic Stay!!

Th property was wonderful and our agent Lydia Romero went above and beyond. We stayed for Christmas vacation and there was even a Christmas tree up, which was such an added surprise! Would definitely recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property and well maintained, we stayed a week and only left the property by Uber to get groceries. If you stay at this property, you really don't need a car, but you really do need golf carts to get around.

great villa for relaxation and big families

This villa was perfect for our group of 8. The villa was clean , spacious and well equipped. Lydia, the property manager, did a great job at assisting us upon arrival and during our 4 night stay. AMAZING!

This place far exceeded our expectations. The e villa is absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking!! Absolutely amazing

Rio Mar Left Me Wanting Rio “More”

A great condo! Convenient to the clubhouse, hotel, and town. Clean and well-supplied. We sat on the back patio each day and enjoyed the golf course views and the weather! Rent a car (you get two parking spots and a gate opener) and go explore the town and its fabulous restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay. Our only wish was that it was a longer stay (maybe all winter)!

Spring break

Visited Puerto Rico for one week. Spent 4 nights at this villa and it was my favorite part of the week. Very comfortable everything worked beautifully landscaped area. Had a blast at the beach club. Great time in Puerto Rico

Three generation family vacation group of 11. Villa was as described and had plenty of space for everyone. Great layout that provided both privacy and places for us to congregate for meals or group activities. Wonderful property! Spacious, loved the location on the golf course, quiet, so green, relaxing, terrific sunrises. Everything provided, bathrooms, kitchen all fully equipped, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas. Super clean, excellent beds. Wonderful beach & pool, so convenient. Excellent restaurants & bars at the Wyndham. FamCoop grocery 10 minutes with everything you need. El Yunque 10 minutes, San Juan 25 minutes on super highway 66. Ferries to Culebra & Vieques 30 minutes. Just a great experience all around. Thank you Lydia!

Since the year 2011, I began to list properties for sales in Rio Mar. In 2012, I discover a lovely paradise in Rio Mar, at that time, decided to develop the property management division.
LR Piza Realty & Management Services. We were established in November 2011 to provide marketing, sales, rental, and property management services for residential properties in Puerto Rico. Recognized by the guests through the reviews in the Web Pages (Home Away and VRBO). I bring more than 30 years of experience and a successful track record in the financial services industry while working for leading institutions such as Citi, Royal Bank of Canada, and Young & Rubicam in Puerto Rico. I am passionate about what I do and always ensure that my customers and their guests have a superior customer experience.

The location of the property is 25 minutes from the metropolitan area and the Airport. On the north side, a step from the beautiful beaches and 5 minutes from the National Rain Forest at the south side, Mountains, rivers, a large variety of restaurants, places of interest, and highways that let you travel straight to your destiny

Either for small groups or a whole family, the villa has excellent accommodations, is a perfect getaway destination for families, with up to 10 guests.
The villa provides to split the accommodation for 6 persons on the first floor only.
Accommodation for more than 8 persons, the additional rate applies.
The second floor can accommodate up to 4 additional persons. If more than 8 people are expected, an additional rate per person per night will apply. The page will do the calculation automatically.

The Resort provides plenty of activities, and the area offers a wide range of entertainment for all ages and all interests.
