The view was breathtaking! The location was excellent for our relaxing retreat. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The one challenge we experienced was the lack of blackout curtains in the bedrooms that left the rooms quite bright overnight due to the lights in the alleyway between the buildings.

We absolutely loved this property! The beach access and ocean views are both unbearable, and it's within walking distance to so many things that you could get away without renting a car if desired, but a parking space being included is a huge plus. Communication with the property manager was clear and prompt. We will absolutely book this place again for our next SD trip!

Perfect spring break getaway

Cute unit. The location can’t be beat. The extra bathroom sink makes getting ready easier for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Very attentive host.

Incredible beach access and views

Being right on the boardwalk is great and then being so close to shops and restaurants is even better. Great views from the unit on the 2nd floor with large sliding glass windows to sitting on the shared patio.

Great spot - perfect location along Mission/Pacific Beaches

Overall a nice spot and easy access to the beach and a number of bars/restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy. Our only gripe was the lack of AC - seems like it would be easy to add something to take some moisture out of the air and cool it down on hot summer days.

Incredible ocean views and convenient location along the walking path where you can walk to fun restaurants. Great beach with good waves and soft sand that goes on and on. The house was cute and overall a good value for the price but there is no central air. They provide plenty of fans but you have to leave windows open to get the air flowing. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem because the sound the waves is incredible, but it’s also a busy area with people walking by and talking loudly at seemingly all times of night. Still worth it for the price but be aware that it’s not a quiet area and there is no A/c

Friends weekend trip

The beach proximity and access couldn’t be beat! Sitting on the patio people watching, dolphin sighting and relaxing was so fun. Easy to walk to all you need, good restaurants, good food, supermarket within walking distance. We didn’t even rent a car and it was not missed! The only negative I have is the shower. The shower head is a handheld and when the water is on it won’t stay on the holder because it pulsates every few minutes and shakes it off. It was a very difficult shower. Other than that everything else was great.

Location!!!

We had the best time in San Diego over spring break. This condo is located in the perfect area, close to shops, restaurants and right on the beach. Having a parking spot made it so easy and convenient to come and go as we needed. It fit our family of 5 great. I would recommend bringing a rug to help keep some of the sand outside(we improvised with a towel), as well as hangers because there aren’t dressers to put your clothes in. The kitchen was fully stocked, very clean and up dated! We would love to make this a yearly trip!

Fantastic!

My Aunt and I had a wonderful weekend at this property! The location is perfect, and the view is AMAZING! Located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and the patio is great. Check-in was seamless, very clear directions regarding how to get in and expectations of the property on arrival/departure, etc. (We did not have a car so I cannot speak to the parking situation, but I know one spot is provided). The beds are super comfy, we were provided both regular towels and beach towels which was nice, and also beach chairs! I highly recommend this ocean front property, being able to open the patio door and hear the waves crashing can’t be beat. Thank you, Elise & Team, for hosting us!

Great spot right on the beach

Our family of four (parents + 2 adult children) really enjoyed our time at this property! We loved having the surf right outside our window, with restaurants and surfing lessons an easy walk up the boardwalk. When we noticed a problem with the toaster, Elise was over with a replacement right away. Parking was about a block away, but not inconvenient.

Comfy beds, but need blackout curtains

Overall, we had a great stay. Kitchen amenities are spot on. The view can’t be beat. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. Pillows, bedding, and the bed itself is very comfortable. Blackout curtains or drapes would make these bedrooms even better and provide the best sleep possible.

Fall Break

Took my daughter for a fun week right in the beach. We enjoyed the location and comfort of condo. All needed amenities present. Updated modern features while still having old school beach charm. We really enjoyed our stay.
