Great communication. Wonderful vacation property. Clean. Fully stocked with what you’ll need. If available, we’re coming back next time. Great living areas and the rooftop deck is amazing.

The place was a bit rundown and very dusty. The heat didn’t work in the living room, the fan didn’t work in the master bathroom area, the washer was rusty and the seal on the dryer falling apart. The garage had garbage in it and was very dirty.

Great place and experience

Great family condo on the bay side of San Diego. Everything was clean and upstairs deck was amazing with BBQ and firepit. Rooms were nice and roomy for everyone to be comfortable. A/C was definitely needed during the day.

SDSU Parents Weekend

This was a perfect property for Parents Weekend. The top BBQ area was amazing and having a sand volleyball court in the front was an added surprise. Loved everything about our stay. Response time from the property manager was right away.

Beautiful Place!

We enjoyed this beautiful and clean home in a central location. We could walk to many great restaurants and coffee shops. It was very quiet and comfortable. We loved the rooftop living area!

Loved the rooftop!

We had a great stay at the property traveling as a family of 5. The house had good sized rooms, was very clean and the location right on mission bay was amazing to wake up to each day. Our favorite was eating on the rooftop and enjoying the fabulous view and weather. Would highly recommend. The kitchen was well appointed, beach chairs and towels were convenient for days on the sand. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. I would recommend the property and would stay here again! It wasn’t an issue for us but important to note there’s 4 levels and no elevator so if you have someone with any trouble walking it will be very challenging for them.

Our vacation splendor

This property was fabulous. What great access to the bay, close to the ocean, and perfectly peaceful with a less hectic vibe for the location. The ocean side of Mission Bay is always hectic and crowded. This bay and location was great for young children because they had immediate access to the bay and water sports.

We had a good stay. Had some BBQ issues the whole time we were there. Place needs a new Q. Frustrating not having a working BBQ.

Great location

This house was the best location for our family. We had peace and quiet on the bay side with a short walk to the beach (which was less than 5 minutes away). We brought our kayaks and bikes and were able to store them in the garage. This location has 2 free parking lots extremely close by which had spots all the time. Our family enjoyed the balcony and the rooftop deck all the time. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay in mission bay.

Nice Bayside Vacation House

The house works well, communication from the rental company is good. You are right on the bay side which is a great place for little kids to play. The master is especially spacious with a nice shower and tub. The windows don't seem to block any noise, so you will hear every skateboard and person walking by your windows at night from the master bedroom. The bunk bed room has frosted windows (that let in light) and is right next to the kitchen, which is not ideal for kids that go to bed earlier than the adults. But aside from those minor issues, it's a nice location and a good place to stay to enjoy Mission Bay and the rest of San Deigo.

5 Star on Mission Beach

I've stayed at a few different places in Mission Beach/Pacific Beach and this condo is the best! Condo is in really good condition; Online pictures are accurate. The condo is well laid out w 2brms up and a kids room down by the kitchen. Mattresses' are good quality as well. Washer looks a little old but it actually works better than my washing machine at home! The roof deck is quite spectacular and pretty much brand new. The air conditioner works quite well (I've stayed in other condos that had air conditioning but really weren't able to cool the unit; this one is great!) Location is great; right on the beach and the neighbors are quite friendly; The property manager is 5 star as well. The property manager is very responsive and very helpful. Its actually locally managed which is a huge plus.... Ive rented from others that are remotely managed and there is a real difference w a local company; All in all great property; great location and great host/manager!!

Just ok

I am disappointed with the new management company. The fees they charge are outrageous and I will definitely look for a different property with a different management company next time. Loved 710 rentals and Vacasa is not as good. I tried to speak to a local Vacasa person and that never happened. I would reach employees who are based on the east coast and who knew nothing about San Diego. The home is getting worn as I’ve stayed there before and am noticing the wear and tear.
