We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The home was in perfect condition and the view and setting was stunning!!! Yes, the underground parking was different because there was moisture on the ground and no lighting. It would not deter me from returning to this property though. The first part of our stay was during a heat spell so we were extremely grateful for the air-conditioning. Thank you for some amazing memories!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! This was a staycation for us, so we were able to bring quite a bit with us. However, if I were traveling from out of town, I would have been very happy with everything they provided. A couple of days before our arrival, I received a text asking if we’d like groceries delivered and stocked in the fridge, which was such a nice touch!They also provided beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and boogie boards, which made beach days easy and fun. Due to the weather, there was a sand wall built up along the bay, but that didn’t stop our kids from having a great time! We were able to walk around the wall and play in the water when the tide was lower. The beach across the street was also super close and convenient!The rooftop deck was awesome, and we loved the view! Having AC was also a huge plus, especially since we stayed during a heat wave. It’s definitely a luxury to have near the beach and made our stay even more comfortable.We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The location of the property was excellent. The rooftop deck was fantastic and we got a great view of the drone show at SeaWorld over the Labor Day weekend. The kitchen unfortunately was very dark with no view to the beautiful bay outside but not a deal breaker. The hot water took 3 full minutes to heat up so keep that in mind… Forget the parking under the building! It is dank and dark and will absolutely not fit an SUV of any size. It always had water lying on the ground and the gradient down into it seemed excessively steep. There was free parking however not too far from the property and we were lucky to get a spot when we needed it but if you are there over a weekend or holiday weekend you have to time it right. Communication with the property manager was excellent and could not be faulted. Everything was clean both inside and out which is sometimes not the case with many properties. I would definitely recommend this property but be mindful of the parking. Properties in the area are very densely populated and parking is a premium. But because if this you are steps to the sand on the bay side and a couple minutes walk to the beach. A great location and a great property.

Had a great stay! Great location, right on the bay- walking path and water sports just steps away. The appointments were excellent- a well stocked kitchen, bright white clean comforters, linens and towels, propane in the fire pit and BBQ, extra clean house and rooftop area, extra cozy soft blankets. We were on a girls trip and enjoyed relaxing in the family room and on the rooftop (both have great views!) and all agreed the house was absolutely perfect! The parking garage did not fit our SUV (as mentioned in the description) but there was a parking lot a block away that worked great for us and was free. The communication was excellent. The condo was nice. Definitely bring a fan for the bedroom off the kitchen as it gets very stuffy. Location was pretty, but we never went in the Bay. The water and sand just looked dirty, but we could be at the ocean side walking just a couple of minutes. The biggest issue and most disappointing was the parking. We knew parking was under the building. But our SUV did not fit or clear the entry. We found this out on our way to San Diego when check in info was sent to us. My daughter’s car fit but the garage was filled with standing water. The garage is also shared with other condos and it is very dark and very tight. The other condo renters in the building had the same issues as us. None of us were able to park there and had to find parking in another area. That was a huge downside of this property. To end this positively the roof top is awesome and we loved hanging out up there.

This condo is a perfect place for a small family to stay in Mission Beach! The location is perfect for walking access up and down the beach. The bayside views from the living room, master suite, and rooftop patio are absolutely gorgeous. The best part of our vacation as lounging on the patio and soaking up the San Diego weather while the palm trees swayed lazily overhead. If you have young children, there is a lovely park with a playground less than 5 minutes from the condo.The only word of caution is onsite parking! The below ground garage is very tight. Luckily, there is plenty of overnight parking within walking distance, so if you're intimidated by the garage (or driving a full-sized SUV), there are alternatives.This rental was well worth the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Diego and get a good mix of activities and beach!

Great family condo on the bay side of San Diego. Everything was clean and upstairs deck was amazing with BBQ and firepit. Rooms were nice and roomy for everyone to be comfortable. A/C was definitely needed during the day.

This was a perfect property for Parents Weekend. The top BBQ area was amazing and having a sand volleyball court in the front was an added surprise. Loved everything about our stay. Response time from the property manager was right away.

Our vacation splendor

This property was fabulous. What great access to the bay, close to the ocean, and perfectly peaceful with a less hectic vibe for the location. The ocean side of Mission Bay is always hectic and crowded. This bay and location was great for young children because they had immediate access to the bay and water sports.

I was extremely disappointed with the check in of the property. There had been a King Tide two days before our stay. I saw a video online and sent it to the property team asking if there would be any issues at check in. They said there were no issues and it should not impact our stay. We got a check in notification with normal communication only to pull up to a flooded garage, construction workers and no where to park or unload. The onsite team never communicated to me and I had to deal with it for the first two hours of my check in. There was no follow up after and we dealt with a very slippery, slimy, wet parking situation for our entire stay. Communication solves 99% of of the issue. I found the communication and customer service lacking. The space overall is nice and spacious. Well located within Mission Beach but it is not ideal that you are up a level from the beach. The rooftop is nice, but be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. The parking is a mess. The header is so low a standard SUV doesn't fit. You should only drive a car if staying here. I think the rental is nice enough but for the money, I would probably rent elsewhere.
