Belle villa individuelle de 2 chambres dans le quartier populaire de Faro Park à Playa Blanca

Idéal pour des vacances reposantes dans le confort total. Nouveau sur le marché, Casa Tranquila est une villa très bien équipée située dans un complexe paisible, à proximité des bars, des restaurants et des commodités locales. Il dispose d'une piscine chauffée nouvellement installée de 8 x 4 m située dans un jardin paysager privé.

À l'intérieur de la villa se compose d'un salon spacieux avec des portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse couverte pour les repas à l'extérieur. Pour le divertissement, vous trouverez une télévision à écran plat 55 pouces avec une large sélection de chaînes (y compris Sky et British TV), un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD et un haut-parleur Bluetooth de haute qualité. Le WiFi haut débit est gratuit.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec four / plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur-congélateur. De là, une porte mène à la Solana (véranda) fermée, qui offre la possibilité de dîner à l'intérieur pour les soirées plus fraîches. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec une machine à laver.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative et une grande armoire. Les portes françaises mènent sur un deuxième coin salon décontracté.

Chambre 2 a des lits jumeaux et de grandes armoires. En outre, il y a une salle de bains familiale avec douche à l'italienne.

La villa a un beau sol en marbre et des surfaces partout.

Fantastic holiday

Thank you Paul and Melinda. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Just a short walk are a number of restaurants and two small supermarkets. Playa Blanca town centre is only a ten minute drive away. We had wonderful holiday. One of the best villas we’ve stayed in and would love to book again when we return to Lanzarote

Villa and hosts were excellent. Very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The villa itself is in a quiet but convenient location and was very clean. Lovely stay

We had a great time at Villa Tranquila. It is very well maintained and quiet. The pool is nicely heated and end of October we could use it at all time including some days before breakfast and/or after dinner. Kitchen is well equiped and extra dining room in veranda appreciated if cold wind is blowing. We can only recommend it.

Excellent villa in Faro Park

The villa was immaculately clean, and the owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay as comfortable - a home from home! The villa is spacious, the swimming pool is fab and the garden is very well kept. There is a bus (which runs twice an hour) into the town and some great restaurants & a little shop a 2 minute walk away. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Paul and Melinda were excellent owners and provided an excellent villa. It had everything you need and a lovely welcome pack. Cannot find a single thing wrong with the villa. It was very clean and well maintained. We had some odd flight times which Paul and Melinda were happy to accommodate. Would highly recommend this villa for families or adults. Local shops and restaurants only 5 mins walk. Excellent

Superb accommodation

In a perfect location, next door to bars/restaurants in Faro Park, this villa is absolutely immaculate. The villa and outdoor area are maintained to an exceptionally high standard. It’s a lovely home, with minimal, tasteful decor yet has every possible thing needed to ensure a comfortable stay. We’ll certainly return (availability permitting). Wonderful hosts too. By far the nicest villa we’ve used in this area. Highly recommended and worthy of every one of its 5 star reviews! Thanks Paul and Melinda x

Perfect Villa

Perfect for our needs, immediately felt at home and very comfortable, the welcome pack of wine, beer, milk, bread, cheese and more was excellent and unexpected but makes a massive difference when you walk in after a long day travelling. We have stayed at Faro Park a number of times so highly recommend the area, great restaurants on your doorstep and close to main centre & beaches by car/taxi just a few minutes away. The villa had everything we needed and more if you wanted to cook etc but we generally ate out. Pool & outside areas were faultless too. A lovely private place to stay :-)

End of summer break

Loved the villa. We wanted peaceful and got it in spades. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. Restaurants close by and a very good quality. Gustos recommended. Great walk along the shore from Faro Park to the Rubicon Marina. Would recommend this villa. First class. Will I be back. You betcha.

Relaxing Holiday

Great villa with attention to detail second to none. Paul and Melinda have gone to extremes to provide all the little extras you need whilst being on holiday, from a welcome pack through to toilet rolls, essential kitchen products, utensils,pool towels etc, etc. The villa and outside areas were extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was fab with a even depth from end to end and the water temperature was spot on. Great communication from Paul and Melinda prior to our stay and during without being intrusive. It was a pleasure staying in the villa and we will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Fab find!

Absolutely fabulous Villa, very comfortable & exceptionally clean. Aircon was a godsend as was the swimming pool, where most of my days were spent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated as were all the little extras you want but rarely have in villas. Communication with Paul & Melinda was excellent with them responding instantly to any of our messages or pleas for help! We’ve stayed in many villas in Lanzarote & a few of those in Faro Park, but this has by far been the best for amenities & location. Thank you both for everything, we had the best time.

Wonderful Villa

Villa was brilliant & very private, it had everything you could wish for & was spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was superb with proper semi skimmed milk(1st time ever) & not that horrible long life. TV system was second to none with ALL the UK channels, the wife did not miss a single soap lol. The pool was excellent. Paul & Melinda were brilliant from start to finish. Perfect villa for relaxing stay

This villa was perfect for our family of 4 to relax in and use as a base for our holiday in Lanzarote. The heated pool was a massive hit to relax in each afternoon after sightseeing in the morning. The outdoor space is impressive, plenty of seating options including sun loungers. Indoors equally impressive, nice indoor table to eat, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, large living room with TV with plenty of channels. Rooms were nice and air conditioned, one en suite. There was also a second bathroom and shower. WiFi was good, liked the security of the alarm plus the safe provided. Nice to have private parking too. Plenty of good shops and restaurants within a minutes walk. Very peaceful neighbourhood. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
