Much better than a hotel room. Very convenient location and room set up. Looks just like the listing photos. Close enough to A&M to go back and forth with a great seating area to visit with your family.

It was a great property to stay at for a quick weekend trip. If you’re going to be out and about most of your trip, this is a good-sized place to stay.

Perfect stay for game weekend!!

Perfect for a couple or small group- great location, clean and exactly as the pics showed. Hosts were very responsive, check in and check out was easy! We would stay here again - highly recommend!

Great place to stay

The location was great. Nice neighborhood and close to where we needed to be. The pictures for the stay showed a back porch but we were not able to use it unless you stay in the main house. Probably should specify that in the ad. Other than that, the Carriage House was great and affordable. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect place to stay! Large room, 2 comfy beds, 3 indoor sitting areas (2 couches & 1 small table for 4), and a beautiful outdoor sitting area and yard. Very, very clean. Great touches such as coffee maker (with coffee, cups, sugar), full size refridge (with some beverages waiting for us), microwave, and wine glasses. Even had some work out equipment tucked away for use if one desired. Bathroom nice size, although not huge, but large enough (and large, walk-in shower). So, so much better than a hotel room. Totally would recommend it!

Very comfortable accommodations. The beds are in the same room and was fine for our stay. If separate bedrooms are a necessity, this won’t work for you. It is like sharing a hotel room, only much larger and more comfortable. Adequate seating for 4 if watching tv. Folding chairs available if more seating is needed. One thing that was fine with us due to rainy weather during our stay, but needs to be a little more clear. There is a gorgeous, large outdoor space that was described as “shared” since there are two rentals on the property. However, all but a very small portion was roped off for the larger rental’s use. Had the weather been nicer, I would have been dissatisfied not to be able to sit on the lovely deck with a cup of coffee. Maybe I misinterpreted the term “shared space.” It is a great rental and we would definitely stay here again!

Jeff was career firefighter with the College Station Fire Department. Cindy and Jeff are both retired. We are both from Texas. We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren.
We love to travel and have stayed at many beautiful places which has inspired the personal touches at our home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Carriage House is in a spectacular location. Close to everything in College Station. Our property is always above and beyond in cleanliness and personal touches. The Hilton here is the nicest hotel but you only get at most 300 sq. ft. and 3, 3.5 stars. The Carriage House is 5 star! The thing we love most is the beautiful 1.1 acre yard. In town! Jeff keeps it beautifully landscaped. Love drinking coffee and cocktails on the cozy porch. So will you!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We host at the Carriage House and our main house, Bella Cancello. If they are both occupied at the same time the back yard will be shared, but you have a cozy patio to yourself. You will always have designated parking and a private entrance so you don't have to interact with the other guests unless you choose to.
