Situé à 1 km de Penneshaw, la passerelle à Kangaroo Island, Dudley Villa est de 100 ans jeune et conserve son charme d'antan du monde. Situé sur 5 acres, avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et laisser les petits courent, il est la base idéale pour vos vacances en famille. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus, se détendre et explorer à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Il est tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin pour votre séjour, aussi bien pour les enfants et les adultes. Il y a beaucoup de stationnement hors route et beaucoup d'espace pour les grands groupes, même avec une caravane ou 2

La villa Dudley propose une gamme d'activités à faire en famille ou à votre guise. Nous proposons des vélos de montagne pour ceux qui souhaitent faire un peu d'exercice ou s'amuser, ainsi que du matériel de jeu, notamment des balançoires, pour occuper les plus jeunes. Notre espace pergola / divertissement avec barbecue, est idéal pour se détendre lors des chaudes soirées ensoleillées. Nous avons quelques butins et une tente à votre disposition si vous avez envie de camper à la belle étoile pendant votre séjour. Pendant les périodes d'interdiction des incendies, placez un journal sur le feu extérieur et profitez de la soirée.

Absolutely wonderful holiday home

An amazing place

Everything to make our KI trip special

Such a great stay for KI. Lots of room, great kitchen and outside area, and soooo dog friendly. Helen met us at checkin, gave us a great walkthrough, helped with local info, and nice to have Stack check in too. Best fire and firewood ever. Thanks

Good family Accommodation

For a 100 year old Villa it had great character. It was warm and plenty of things for all age groups to enjoy. Lots of books, videos, toys, games, space for entertaining etc. The hosts were there when required and friendly. A no hassle check in and departure regime. Just easy! Enjoyed it Thanks

Fantastic stay for larger groups

Personal welcome on arrival to this wonderful property. Large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it very comfortable. 2 family areas so children and adults can have space. Large fenced forest area to explore and allow dogs and children to exercise. Close to most places of interest. Very clean. Excellent.

Property with everything.

Anyone looking to take family away and enjoy nature and relaxing don't look further this property has everything I took my family over to KI to explore and chill, 5 minutes off the ferry and we were unpacking the car met the host great people. Kids had plenty to do on property and we sat and enjoyed nights by the fire cooking spuds or just relaxing. Had great day trips out but looked forward to getting back to the villa cooking tea and having a laugh. Craig.

Great place to stay

Stack and Helen are very welcoming. The house is clean and comfortable, and everything you need is there. The property is very private and only 5 mins from Penneshaw, very handy. Loved the combustion heater and fire pit.

what a beautiful place to stay thoroughly enjoyed every single thing about Dudley Villa and KI the cottage itself lacks for nothing and is gorgeous!! Would highly recommend for every age as there's something for everyone definitely no time for xbox games. The worst part of our stay was having to leave.

An Outback Experience

We had such a lovely time drinking coffee on the veranda as the birds chatted above. If we felt like we wanted more of an adventure we’d head into town for a meal and a walk or drive to watch the wildlife. It was quiet and relaxing or an adventure, depending on our moods.

We are both passionate about tourism and believe that word of mouth is far superior than any print matter and so we strive to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. we are both new to the area although have been here 20 years!! having owned and operated a tour company as well as a number of years running backpackers we can give you good insight where to visit,

It was run down and unloved and we could see the potential, we also stayed in a couple of houses and decided that we would cater for the disabled and family's in an honest way and not just pretend what we had. we also ran a very successful backpackers hostel for a number of years and both been in hospitality most of our lives

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is set on 5 acres in a semi rural setting with no neighbors. You are far enough away from the town and yet so close ,there is lots of room for kids to be kids and make lots of noise and play outside, the cottage is 115 years old so has lots of old world charm and is not pretentious, is comfortable with plenty of activities for everyone
