Allure Beach Retreat - Intimité, nature, accès direct à la plage

Réveillez-vous au son des vagues dans votre propre retraite écologique privée avec accès direct à Pennington Bay, l'une des plages les plus spectaculaires de l'île Kangourou. Que vous soyez un surfeur, un pêcheur ou que vous aimiez simplement marcher sur du sable blanc immaculé, Pennington Bay est l'un des joyaux cachés de l'île Kangourou.

Idéalement située à 20 minutes en voiture du terminal des ferries et de l'aéroport, la maison de plage est située dans plus de 50 acres de terres côtières privées, immaculées et patrimoniales et vous offre un isolement absolu. Vous penserez que vous êtes les seules personnes sur l'île, pourtant une courte promenade à travers vos propres dunes de sable privées de la maison de plage et vous arrivez à la plage.

L'hébergement comprend deux chambres doubles spacieuses, une salle de bains, une cuisine bien équipée et un salon confortable. Veuillez noter que la salle de bains est accessible par la chambre 2.

La propriété est entièrement "hors réseau" avec une combinaison d'énergie solaire avec une batterie de secours.

Veuillez noter qu'il y a un barbecue extérieur et une table de cuisson / plaque de cuisson intérieure bien qu'il n'y ait pas de four.

This property is idyllic, tucked away up a track with 50 acres of land. The house has beautiful views to the sea and a private track to an almost deserted beach. The deck round the property means there are places to sit in or out of the sun. We particularly enjoyed the water bowl which attracted lots of different birds and kangaroos and wallabies in the evening. I highly recommend.

Ideal private location between Penneshaw and Kingscote with an amazing surf beach (constant 1m waves, white sand and clear blue water) around 10 minutes' walk away (from door to water), and fantastic views, including from the bathroom.While we ate out for most meals, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the combustion heater keep everyone cozy over the cool nights. The property is well stocked with anything you could need.Highly recommend this location and will book again.

School holiday get away

Tried somewhere different after staying at island beach a few times. Location is brilliant, beautiful bushland, wildlife and magnificent coastline. close to pennashaw, cygnet river and Kingscote for convenience, but may as well be in the middle of nowhere. Could not rate this stay highly enough. Will definitely try and come back.

Great place to stay on Kangaroo Island. We haven’t been there before so it was quite central to visiting all around the island. Lovely accomodation. Next time the weather will be a little warmer and we will swim.
