Cape View Cottage offre le confort, le style et l'emplacement idéal pour les familles et les couples et constitue le point de départ idéal pour explorer les merveilles de l'île Kangourou.

Détendez-vous et rafraîchissez-vous dans l'élégant cottage entièrement équipé, profitez des grands espaces couverts et des salles à manger couvertes, et profitez de la magnifique expérience balnéaire et de la tranquillité qu'offre l'île.

Notre faune unique sera des visiteurs assidus ... Les dauphins locaux nagent après la plupart des matins, les wallabies des résidents se nourrissent de la pelouse au crépuscule et les fées pingouins fréquentent la région.

Le chalet se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de nombreux autres plaisirs et installations, notamment le magnifique et historique parc naturel de Baudin, le port de plaisance naturel et les installations de mise à l'eau de Christmas Cove. Les restaurants, les cafés, l’hôtel et le supermarché sont accessibles à pied et proposent un large choix de plats et de vins locaux.

Le terminal de ferry Sealink est à une courte distance du chalet.

Cape View Cottage fournit une base idéale pour les familles ou les couples. Le chalet peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec tous les équipements et conforts fournis. Le décor est élégant et l'espace de vie ouvert et les espaces extérieurs couverts permettent de vivre et de se restaurer de manière détendue et informelle. Le jardin arrière est entièrement clôturé pour assurer la tranquillité d'esprit des parents ayant de jeunes enfants et un parking couvert est fourni

Great beachside accommodation, super clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Couldn't beat the beach views, and we saw pods of dolphins playing daily! Jayne was also very responsive with communications and a great host.

The cottage was immaculate and beautifully presented, and provided all the comforts of home. Situated directly across from the beach it was the perfect location to relax and enjoy watching dolphins and blue wrens visiting from the front porch, while enjoying a glass of wine in this quiet pretty location.Jayne was welcoming and responsive with communications.The perfect place to stay on such a beautiful island.Thank you Jayne we loved and highly recommend your cottage.

Gorgeous place to stay

We were lucky to have 4 nights at this delightful accomodation in Penneshaw. It is one of the best places we have stayed. Lovely views from the main rooms including the bedroom, you can watch the ferry arrive and depart, walk up the beach to a great coffee shop and travel to interesting sites on the island. I highly recommend the cannery walk at American river, it is about 1 hour

What a wonderful cottage by the sea, great views across the strait to the mainland and Penneshaw Ferry Terminal.Great location, short walk into town for supplies and meals.The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with a well equipped kitchen, ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The cottage is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The wildlife that visits is an added bonus.Highly recommend you check out Cape View Cottage.

Summer holiday

The property has all that's needed for a perfect summer holiday. Well equipped kitchen. Super clean living area and very comfy beds. Lovely to sit out on the verandah and watch the dolphins. A very short stroll to the beach with its beautiful crystal clear water and white sands. Perfect!

Well appointed, had everything we needed. The heating and lights were on as we arrived after dark in winter. The owner was easy to contact when the directions given via stayz app were inaccurate. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Shower had good pressure. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you.

Beachfront Paradise

The property is immaculate. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed linen and towels were superb. The view from the front verandah is stunning and a perfect way to spend an afternoon watching the world go by. Jayne was the perfect host, meeting us on arrival and contacting us on the evening before we left the Island. We would highly recommend the property.

Excellent stay

We have a very good time. The property was right on the beach. Jayne has an eye for smalles things..very clean. She even gave us extra time to vacant the property and also offered early check in. Thanks Jayne, we appreciate tiur help. Two things I suggest (this is not a con but a suggestion) for a better experiences:1. One aircondition in the living toom is not enough for the whole house to heat up, may be a heater would help. But we had enough blankets for night though. 2. The floor is tiled may be a mat or carpet in the living room will be good, considering the cold winter and the proximity of the beach.Overall we had a good time and will come back again in summer.

Beautiful Accommodation in Perfect Location

Cape View Cottage is a beautifully presented, three-bedroom cottage, right on the waterfront at Penneshaw, Kangaroo Island, SA. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and fully equipped for either short or long stays. The ocean views from the front rooms and covered front patio are stunning. Cross the quiet road in front of the property, and you are on the beach. The ferry terminal is only a 5 minute walk away. We were able to access the property early, around 11.30 a.m. Jayne, the owner popped by the first afternoon to say hello and check that we had everything we needed. The only tiny negative is a rather cramped bathroom design, but that's a very small thing to live with, considering all this property offers. Our only regret, … that we didn't stay longer! We hope to return to Kangaroo Island soon, and there is no doubt where we will be wanting to book. Cape View Cottage is a jewel in paradise.
