Discover the beauty of Panama City Beach from this spacious 4-bedroom condo located at Princess Condos . Immerse yourself in the soothing ambiance of this gorgeous property, featuring 3 king beds and 2 queen beds.
This 2nd FLOOR , NEWLY REMODELED beachfront 4/bedroom , 4/bath condo is your Dream Luxury Destination. With 2,500 Sq. Ft. there is plenty of room for all your guest to relax after a day of fun in the sun !
The Living Room has a large 75" TV for viewing your favorite movies while setting on our large comfy sofa or one of the 2 recliners or swivel barrel chairs . Large balcony doors from the lving room that lead out to the Extra Large balcony where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets or meals with setting for 10 guest.
The Master Bedroom has a view from the room and a sliding door leading out to the balcony. You will sleep on a King Bed and have a work desk for guest who are able to work from the beach while they are vacationing ,. The Master Bath has a walk in Shower and a Soaker Tub , two vanities and a large walk in closet with storge for hanging and folded clothing.
Second Master has a view and a sliding door for easy acces from bedroom to the large balcony. Guest enjoiy a King Bed with a work desk and a full bath with walk in shower .
Third Master is loccated at the entrance of the condo and has a comfy King Bed with its own bathroom which has a walk in shower and plenty of room.
The 4th bedroom has two Queen Beds and a bathroom that is a tub/shower conbination.
ALL bedrooms have TV's and the Kings Beds have new matteress .
The Kitchen has all the standard equipment : stove, refirgerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot (Keurig and standard brew) . There is a crockpot in the pantry waiting to be used !! The island has a ice machine and two refrigerator Drawers for cooling your favoirite beverages. You will have all the pots and pans that you will need to make any kind of meal. Bonappetit !
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer , iron and ironing board, built in sink .
