SituĂ© au mile marker 106 sur la Bayside Ă  Key Largo, cette maison est un endroit idĂ©al pour ceux qui cherchent Ă  profiter de la vie sur l'eau dans les clĂ©s de la Floride. La maison est situĂ©e pour un accĂšs pratique Ă  Blackwater Sound and lac Surprise et dispose d'un quai et une grande cour. Everything was on time and well appointed. We ised the dock. We have lots of family down a mile marker or few. It was fun to putter around close to shore since we experienced weather Still not bad toughing it out at Gilberts enjoying some of the best pina colada in the world.

Great Home away from Home for Vacation!

Location was excellent to shopping, John Pennekamp for snorkeling, swimming - Loved that there was plenty of parking for vehicles including boat trailer. Loved that we had a wonderful dock for boat on canal. Breezes on screened porch made our mornings and evenings the best ever! Joy was wonderful hostess keeping us informed of any issues with cable, etc. Security was having a gated community. Would recommend highly!

Nice comfortable house with screened in porch on a canal. Manatees & iguanas greeted us. Would have liked an additional key & gate card so we could go separate ways instead of coordinating our return to get back in. Centrally located for exploring.

Yellow Canal House

We had a fabulous time - spacious, well stocked, three bedroom & two bathroom - located in a gated community on a canal. The screened porch was a great addition, lots of Florida wildlife - birds, fish, and manatees! Located about a mile from Rowell Park, which had stunning sunset views. The owner was a lovely individual - easy to contact and immediately responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Great location for seeing Key Largo

The stay here was perfect for our family of five. The host communicated effectively. The property was just as described and had everything we needed. The location was close to activities (diving, snorkel, etc.) and amenities (groceries and restaurants). The dock is a bonus if you have access to a boat, but also was nice to see the wildlife. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax in Key Largo, this is it.

Spring Break

Nice place for a Vrbo. Great neighborhood. Clean and had all of the amenities listed. The only drawback was we would have like to have 2 key cards to access the property separately from each other as both families were sometimes doing different activities and coming and going at different times.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed staying at this lovely and well-equipped home. The screened in porch overlooking the waterway was our favorite place; perfect for watching the manatees and iguanas which showed up every day of our stay.

Right on the edge of the keys

Traveling here from within florida was a breeze. I don't think you can be in key largo and be any further north. The dock and driveway are large and would accommodate at least a 20' boat.

Great Property, Great Location.

A couple of friends and I stayed here the last week of February 2021. We had a great time. The house was very clean, it was completely accurate in the description. Joy was very helpful everytime I had a question. We brought our own boat which was the best. The dock was nice. It's right around the corner from Gilbert's resort where you can fuel the boat up, fill your stomach up, and also have a libation. Fishing in the area was great, you can even fish right off of the dock.

Great Stay

We stayed in this property in March 2020. The owner- Joy was just like her name such a joy!! She responded quickly to any inquires or needs and could not be more helpful to make our stay the best. The house is just as pictured and very clean. Nicely equipped. This home is located in a gated community surrounded by other lovely homes. It is very quiet. We have rented in the Keys before and not found it as lovely or quiet. It is a great location- near Winn Dixie, John Pennekamp. Park and nice restaurants. We rented for the month of March but had to leave mid March due to the Coronavirus. Joy was incredibly supportive and understanding. We highly recommend this property and the owner. You will not find someone like Joy to rent from. We hope to go back next year.

Mini Season 2019

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is extremely clean. The boat dock is perfect. Easy access to the ocean. We will stay again that’s for sure. Thank you so much. A wonderful Mini Season- Family is alway happy when we catch our limit.

Great for boaters

Convenient location for key largo fishing. We brought our boat and put in around the corner at sand dollar boat rentals. It’s a nice quiet community, so the upper screened in patio is really enjoyable. As stated before, the beds are firm. I was thankful to be able to wash clothes during our trip and we grilled out one night. It’s hard to find clean places to stay in the keys and this was a breath of fresh air! The owner is quick to respond and we had no problems while we were there.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this home during lobster season. The house is in a great location with easy access to the bay and short trip to the Atlantic via Adam's cut. The home is exactly as the pictures describe and the owner is very responsive if you have any questions. Enjoy!!

The house and surrounding are is beautiful and spacious. It was very clean and loved gated communit.

We would definitely like to stay here the next time we are in the keys. Joy was very quick to respond with any questions we had and checked in several times go make sure we were enjoying our stay. The dock was perfect for our rented boat for the week. Perfect piece of paradise in a safe location, gated community made my morning runs that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families with children. Lots to see and do.
