Property was clean, with lots to.do! (pool, tennis, shuffle board and of course the beach!). Management is easy to get in touch with if needed and prompt.to respond. Condo was beautiful and modern inside. Nothing negative to say! Would love to come back!!

Vaca 2025

The condo was great and in a perfect location to everything we needed. It was bright and clean. The only things that could be changed or updated would be the TV in main area (needs a sound bar or moved outside the cabinet), the bathrooms need to be updated (master tub is dangerous), Master mattress needs replacement, beach chairs are all low and would be nice to have beach towels included. We are scheduled to return next year and looking forward to it!

The only negative's with our stay - TV's in bedrooms did not have cable TV, you have to use apps to receive live TV, we do not subscribe to live TV apps. The lenai faces west, and gets very hot in the evening.

The newness of everything is what really sold us. The beds and pillows and furniture were all super comfortable. Tons of items to use in the kitchen. We did forget our beach towels but did appreciate the items in the beach closet. Would recommend this unit and Sanibel Holiday. Please note that to haul items there are no communal carts to use but there is an elevator.

A wonderful break from ice and snow of New England

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo complex is in a quiet residential area but only a short distance from the restaurants and shops. We loved that it was right next to the beach. We overlooked the pool which was great until a group of rowdy people came out mid-afternoon for a few days.Even with the patio doors closed, the noise was disconcerting as we were trying to read on the deck. The unit was big and bright. Furniture in good condition. Very comfortable. Unfortunately, we discovered a few small roaches in the unit but the mgmt. co. stated they would check and address the issue. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience and we are planning to return next year.

The only real issue with the condo would be the bathrooms . They need to be updated . Shower heads were moldy in both bathrooms, they had very little water pressure and we did have some clogging issues in both showers . Im assuming it’s due to all the sand .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed that the apartment didn't seem to be maintained as well as it has been in the past, and I'm guessing that may be because the owners in Canada have not been able to get down to use it during the pandemic. The upholstery on both sofas was so dirty that I took time to sponge-clean it and remove some of the stains so I would feel comfortable sitting on it. It also looked as though the carpet needed a thorough cleaning. Although I don't like to use air conditioning, I was forced to turn that system on a few times during my stay to dehumidify the apartment when the moisture level got so high that the tile floors became wet and slippery. When on, the air conditioner was very noisy; I suspect it needs some maintenance. During my stay, I requested maintenance twice, once to repair the refrigerator, where pools of water were forming on the top shelf and a second time to install a pull chain on the fan in the smaller bedroom so that fan could be turned off. (The fan was on when I arrived, and it was only much later that I discovered there was no way to turn it off.) In both instances, the repairs were done quickly and well. The apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived at check-in time, but Sanibel Holiday apologized for the resulting inconvenience by giving me a $50 gift certificate to Jerry's, which was very nice and more than compensated for the hour lost in waiting for the cleaners to leave. The apartment is not in an ideal location within the Loggerhead complex because it is near the pool and an adjacent area where groups congregate in the evening. The noise coming from those areas can be extremely annoying at times. (There seems to be no effort by the condo association to regulate that noise until after 10 p.m.) Heretofore, it has always been the clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained quality of this apartment that has influenced my decision to return to it despite the noise. I hope to find those qualities restored when I return next year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean, third floor condo! Nice location to restaurants and groceries. We took advantage of local grocery delivery while there. We used public access boardwalk next to our building to walk out to the beach, coming back from beach we would use condo access with shower/foot wash station. Loved that we were able to bring our dog along on this vacation. My husband used grilling area several times while we were there, nice area however some grills were not working so sometimes a bit of a wait for one but not an issue for us. We did have trouble with cable/tv when we arrived to condo, but was resolved as quickly as possible. I would say to those renting that isn’t ground level be mindful when packing, when we arrived we were shocked to find out there were no uggage carts of some sort to help with ease of unpacking for a long vacation. Took several trips to bring everything up stairs and elevator. May not be the case in all buildings but build 5 did not have one.

Extras would be nice!

Although there were chairs for the beach it would have been nice to have beach towels. Basic condiments, salt pepoer, filters for coffe maker, xtra laundry soap!
