Moins d'un mile du centre-ville, il offre une terrasse sur le toit de 641 pieds carrĂ©s avec table de foyer et vue sur les toits. Sans oublier qu'il se trouve littĂ©ralement au sommet de l'un des bars les plus dĂ©lirants de Houston et de l'un des restaurants chinois authentiques les plus respectĂ©s de Houston ... le tout dans l'ombre du centre-ville. À distance de marche de dizaines de restaurants, discothĂšques et bars.
Terrasse sur le toit de 641 pieds carrĂ©s avec table de foyer et vue imprenable sur le centre-ville. Regarde vers le bas dans l'un des meilleurs bars / restaurants de terrasse de Houston. Overall was a comfortable area and close to the wedding we were in town attending. The good: it was roomy, had parking, and was easy to access through the smart lock. All beds had smart beds with firmness control and pretty comfy. The house was decently furnished and the smart thermostats were nice and the house was cool. There were large gathering areas downstairs and upstairs. The bad: the worst issue was the noise from Bohemia. It was loud and for lengthy times into early evening. The furniture is dated. There were some roaches in the kitchen. And when the restaurant downstairs opened, you could smell the cooking in the downstairs bedroom. Some of the remotes include the smart bed control and th tv controls didn’t have working batteries. One of the bathroom lights didn’t work. The host contacted me in advance and again it was easy to find and enter. The area is ok. I wouldn’t call it a family friendly area.

Great house! Some noise at night

This was a very cool, spacious house that can accomodate a big group. It was clean and the host was helpful. The game room upstairs was a highlight. When I booked, it wasnt clear to me that this home is the upstairs unit of a restaurant. It is also right next to a bar, which I did know. The bar was very loud on Friday night and we had a hard time falling asleep. It was not as bad on Saturday. We could hear the restaurant being set up early in the mornings too. I would still recommend, but bring ear plugs.

Good location, easy access to public transportation

8 nights stay during the Rodeo (March). The weather was just right for walking. Easy walk to downtown and several restaurants around the area. Apartment has high ceiling so it feels airy and spacious. Host was very responsive. I asked for the use of a vacuum cleaner and Hunter had a brand new one ordered and delivered the very next day! There were some noise from the breakfast restaurant downstairs and a bar next door but the noise were kind of muted and didn't affect our rest. Would stay again.

A super fun party house

Celebrating New Year's in Houston couldn't have been better in this easy-to-be-in place. We didn't have to go anywhere to see fireworks at midnight and music until 1:30! It might have been good to understand that the same Mexican bar that celebrated New Years with a live band also plays until 1:30 on Friday night (maybe Saturday but we were gone by then)! Being over a lovely bakery and coffee shop was delightful.There were a few things that needed some attention but nothing we couldn't figure out on our own. Within walking distance to so many great restaurants! Loved that each queen bed is a Sleep Number bed so couples could adjust to their liking. Overall a delightful place for a family of adults to spend some time together.

Houston Vacation

House was great, plenty of room, had everything stocked and needed and then some! Shuffle board, big roof top deck with skyline view. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants. Great coffee shop/bakery downstairs as well. Quick Uber or Lyft ride to anywhere in the city. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend this place, and definitely would book this place next time in Houston.

No detail overlooked... amazing hard wood floors, light dimmers and accent lighting, high end appliances/kitchen, bathrooms. Very spacious. Huge screens TV's on both floors. 12' shuffleboard table, perfect for entertaining. Even has a functional movie theatre style popcorn maker! Sleep Number beds in every room with their own bathroom en suite.
A brand new, 'Mexico City' style bistro and bakery just opened right downstairs... perfect for coffee and breakfast and they even have a full bar as well. open from 7AM - 3PM.

641 square foot rooftop patio with fire-pit table and amazing view of downtown. Looks down into one of Houston's best patio bars/restaurants. Don't worry, it's not a loud bar. Very international and classy yet dog friendly and relaxed. Walking distance to dozens of the finest bars, restaurants and clubs in one the most charming areas of the city.
