Cette maison est située sur le côté nord-ouest de San Antonio; moins d'un mile de Sea World. Si vous prévoyez d'assister à Sea World, faire des allers-retours pour vous reposer et préparer des repas à une fraction du coût peut aider à rendre votre expérience Sea World plus agréable et plus abordable.

Nous avons également accueilli plus de 100 familles BMT! Organiser votre diplôme de BMT à mon domicile vous fournira une maison entière pour vous et votre aviateur!

La communauté du quartier n'autorise pas le stationnement dans la rue entre 19 h et 7 h. Cependant, notre allée peut accueillir environ 4 véhicules, plus un autre véhicule dans le garage. L'utilisation des aires de stationnement à débordement doit obtenir les permis appropriés, sinon votre véhicule sera remorqué.

Concernant nos couchages, il s'agit d'une maison de trois chambres. La chambre principale dispose de deux beaux lits queen-size pour maximiser le nombre d'invités que nous pouvons dormir. L'une des chambres dispose d'un lit moelleux et la troisième chambre dispose d'un lit superposé avec une taille double en haut, une taille double en bas et un autre lit double en dessous. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez apporter un matelas pneumatique à placer dans la salle familiale.

Âge minimum à louer: 28 ans ou plus.

The home was nice and clean.. Definitely had everything we needed for our stay. Although we didn't get to take advantage of the park next door due to the weather it was nice that it was so close. The beds were comfortable and check in was so simple. Our stay was short but we will definitely be returning our next trip. Thank you Carlos for your quick replies and lovely home.

Walked into the house, and it was lovely! Clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Ceiling fans in every room. A lovely back porch with table and chairs on a deck. Very nice bedrooms upstairs as well as a laundry room. Loved the kids room with the little secret room. Good place to come and relax. Children's park right next door for people with kids. Very close to Sea World as well as restaurants and grocery stores.

The property was in the perfect location for us. Easy access to convenience, stores, shopping centers, and many places to eat. The tribal to Seaworld was less than five minutes. The park next-door was an added attraction for the kids. Carlos was awesome to work with when any situations or problems arose. He was always quick to respond to any text message and remedy the situation quickly. Will definitely consider this place when bringing the family back to San Antonio.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in San Antonio. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Host was very kind and responsive. Goes out of his way to make sure to communicate the details and assure an easy stay. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation, it is located right down the road from seaworld which made our commute back and forth really easy, There is also a playground right next to the house which was great for the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely save this location for our future stays.

Very nice home

We loved our stay here! We are a big family, my husband and I and four kids ages 17,16,12amd10. We had plenty of room for allus! Having two full baths and one half bath with a big family was nice. House was very clean and well taken care of. Our younger kids loved the park right next door and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Hello! My name is Carlos; owner and founder of SA Vacay (San Antonio Vacation Rental Homes). I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My wife Stephanie and I have 6 children; 4 boys and 2 girls!

I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com & www.illbehonest.com). If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family!

I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Well I didn’t choose San Antonio, God chose it for me 40 years ago. Oblivious to how great our city is, I spent most of my teenage & early 20’s hoping to travel to other cities and for an opportunity to experience life anywhere but San Antonio. The Lord saved me when I was 25 yrs old and I realized that there was nothing new under the sun. Wanting to run from my home town would have been nothing more than chasing after the wind.

In 2001, I started working for a service contractor which provided me an opportunity to travel. I would always stay in a box (hotel), and if there was any leisure time, I would get in the rental car and explore the city’s scenery. It was nice but lacking a personalized experience. I wanted to know more about the city than just its buildings and scenery. I wanted to know the people and the experience of being a local; or at least feel like one for a few days. I thought, if I could stay amongst the people, then perhaps I could meet interesting people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and build friendships.

What an opportunity we all have when renting a Vacation Rental Home! I once did a site visit at Disney World in Orlando Florida for a contract. There was an area in Downtown Disney that could convert your child’s hair, makeup and attire to become a princess for the day. Well you could become a San Antonian for a few days or even a few weeks when staying in one of our vacation homes! Come get to know the neighbors, community, and fellow San Antonian’s!

San Antonio is a beautiful city that has preserved its history and provides an aura of nostalgia. The Alamo, Missions, Riverwalk, Market Square, King William Historical District, La Villita, etc…, make the city attractive, romantic and family oriented. The city is vast and widespread with amenities such as countless golfing venues, shops, theme parks (Sea World & Six Flags), museums, nature parks, zoo, sporting events, horseback riding, bike trails, swimming, shooting, hunting, etc...

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

For the square footage, this property has a great layout! The driveway has been expanded to accommodate up to 4 vehicles and a large concrete patio has been added in the back yard. The children can enjoy play in the fully-enclosed backyard or at the park next door; park features high-end playground equipment. Sea World is located so close that you can hear screaming from the rollercoaster when outside. Access and distance to nearby necessities is all within 5 minutes.
