We had a really great experience staying here! Really great location right next door to Publix, about 3 min walk to the beach, pool and hot tub that are clean, and a few minutes to Walgreens, Ricky T’s, and VIP! The room had almost all the necessary items and everything else we were able to purchase from Publix. AC worked great, and beds were comfortable. The hallways and one bedroom had blacked out windows which was a little strange but everything else about this place was amazing, clean, and convenient. Thank you!!

The condos location is a perfect set up! Having a grocery store and ice cream shop next-door was terrific for our stay with four kids! The walk to the beach was also very manageable and just a short five minutes away! We really appreciated the closet with beach gear and the bunkbed set up was perfect! We only had a couple observations for a better stay. The first is probably the most critical, this condo is located directly over the dumpster and when it’s 100 every day, the smell is terrible. I gagged every time I went onto the patio. It was not usable. Also, the towels are incredibly small. My 14-year-old was not covered by the towel, let alone me and my husband. Larger bath towels would be appreciated by your guests.Overall, this was a great space and the perfect location! We would stay at the condo again, but we would not stay at 103 again because of the inability to use the deck.

Great Stay!

We loved our time here. Location was perfect, walking distance to Treasure Island beach, restaurants and a Publix right next door. The room was spacious and so clean. Had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Close to beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location was great on Treasure Island with the beach across the street and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also having the Publix grocery store next for was very convenient. We enjoyed trips to St Pete's and the Fort De Soto State Park.

The location is great, right next to a grocery store, shopping and directly across the street from the beach. It was nice that there was a washer and dryer in the unit and we enjoyed the large patio to work from during the day. Minor detail, but would highly recommend replacing the shower-head in both bathrooms or turning down the pressure. Correspondence with the property management was prompt as I did not have any direct contact with the owner.

Paradise found

We loved our stay at The Palms if Treasure Island and highly recommend it. Our host was friendly, very responsive to any needs, and warm and welcoming. We loved the unit and it's little touches.

despite us arriving 3 days after a hurricane, the condo and property were clean, in good repair and even the pool was good to go. we will definitely book this property again

Short beach trip

Overall the stay was nice and enjoyable. The location was very convenient and the complex was a peaceful environment. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants in the area. My only complaint is that the floors and bed linens within in the condo did not appear to all be properly cleaned before our stay.
