We've stayed at South Beach before although it was a different unit. It's in a great location and access to the beach is a short walk. Communication with Charles, Liz and I-Trip are fantastic. They responded to every question I had within minutes. The property itself could use a little refresh (but I believe that falls on the owner, not the mgmt company).

Our host was very responsive. We had a problem with the washing machine upon arrival and they fixed it quickly! The location of this condo is excellent. Right on the beach. The grounds are well kept. The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay. I made breakfast most mornings, a couple of dinners. Kitchen is well stocked. Dishwasher worked well. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset. We enjoyed playing ping pong. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend to others.

Everything was perfect host is very responsive. A very nice location and beautiful views. Same suggestions as last year. Soaps, shampoos etc are not replenished but the sizes you are given are so small especially for 1 weeks stay, maybe up the ounces a notch.

I was absolutely happy with everything. Loved the fact that the key was waiting for us. Any message or questions I had was answered quickly! The location is amazing, very peaceful. The view was amazing and the condo was very clean! Would definitely stay at this location again.

Beach Life

Had a great time. The location is perfect. Walk to the beach was just right. The grandkids enjoyed the pool, too. Wonderful bonus to find beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the condo. Hope to stay longer next time we visit.
