 1500 maison Pieds carrés sur la rue principale Steinhatchee. Une fois que vous quittez le quai, vous serez passé la zone de Wake Pas en quatre minutes. Profitez de plus de 450 pieds de façade. Head pour une journée sur l'eau ou tout simplement assis sur le porche et regarder les bateaux passer.

Il y a deux chambres à coucher, une avec un lit king size et l'autre a un lit queen size. La chambre de verre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a deux salles de bains, les deux avec des combinaisons baignoire de douche. La cuisine est équipée avec four de taille normale, four micro-ondes, grille-pain et cafetière. There was 6 men at for fishing and the place was AWESOME.

Great stay at Steinhatchee's Front Porch

We were a group of 4 fishermen staying there to fish a tournament. The house has great boat/trailer parking and all the needs of a fisherman. The boat ramp is literally right next door and you can walk to Sea Hag Marina and Roy's restaurant. The dock is very adequate with plenty of depth and you can actually catch pinfish from the dock if you need bait. The interior is perfect for a fishing getaway with plenty of bed space, seating area, and the A/C cools well. We stayed here a couple of years ago and the owner has made good upgrades since then including a new poured concrete driveway and a new A/C for the sunroom.

Fiddler Crab Festival

The property has a few upgrades you don’t see on the website. The room with the windows has the most beautiful view! You’re not going to want to park under the house. We received a text that it was dangerous so we moved the vehicles from underneath the house. The location couldn’t be best. We were very close to everything we needed.

Bait and switch

Advertised as a three bedroom, but one of the bedrooms was unsafe to stay in because there was no window in case of emergency. Expectations from property differ from typical processes. Property owner is a scam artist, claimed I ruined a mattress that was already stained. Then filed an insurance claim against it. Also expected us to do all of the cleaning services that are paid for as part of the Rental.

Hi Colin ! Our property gets cleaned and inspected after every check out. The condition you left our property in was unacceptable and did not meet our rental agreement standards. For future references please read the agreement in its entirety to prevent any other confusion.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Walking distance to the boat ramp,Roy's, and crabby dad's. Plenty of dock space for the boat, and room to park your trailer. 5 minute idle to the channel. House was very quaint. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Lots of outside chilling areas. Big yard.

Loved coming here, going to come every year!

The house was on a very secluded piece of property, with a porch that had an amazing view of the water. The house is a lot more updated than the pictures show also. I am in love with this place, hope to come back every year!

Great for fishing/scalloping/boating

Property is close to the mouth of the river and has good deep water dockage. It's a no frills type of house but has everything you need and is comfortable. We've stayed here 3 times for fishing tournaments and it's our "go to" rental when it's available.

Location is everything

The property is old and could use some updating - but we knew that before coming. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the sunroom was amazing. The selling point for this place is the location right at the water with fast access to the Gulf and your own dock for a boat. If you need indoor luxury, this place is not for you - but if you are here for fishing and other water activities you've found the perfect place for a very reasonable price.

Great location, 100 yards east of Roy's restaurant, less than 5 minutes to open water. 3 problems, master bath flush valve screams after fill, and shower diverter valve fell apart, oven was unusable with no heat. Beds great and AC kept up with daily heat Dock adequate but could be improved by allowing renter to use different location Owner provided grill with charcoal, great outdoor lounge areas
