The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had plenty of linens. Even though the weather was cool, we were able to sit by the pool and enjoy the spa while the sun was shining. Would definitely stay again!!

Springbreak getaway.

Location was great! Close to the beach and not too far from either end of the island. Pool got a lot of sun and was also spacious for floating. Accommodations worked out great with all the beds and bath. Beds were comfy.

Very nice house

Central location. Great heated pool. Very nice layout with three bedrooms that each have privacy and a fourth bedroom with double bunk beds - that our kids loved. Would rent again.

Perfect Getaway

This property was exactly as described. The backyard was the perfect oasis with the pool and hot tub. The house was clean, well equipped with everything you could need and the 3 en-suite bathrooms were ideal for our needs. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Excellent family home - convenient location!

Incredibly happy with the responsiveness of the owners as well as the property. Location is ideal. House is lovely and well kept. Ran into a normal rental wear-and-tear situation (broken beach wagon) and it was replaced immediately. We were very impressed.

Our Family’s first visit to AMI!

This place was perfect for our family of five! It was even better than the pictures. We had plenty of beds and space, and the kitchen/ living area was comfortable and spacious. The washer & dryer definitely came in handy. We had everything we needed, including some awesome beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, ice chest, etc. Since it was our first time to the island, we didn’t really know what location we would want to be in, but this area was perfect. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again! We also loved having our own pool to relax in. This place provided a wonderful vacation for our family. We can’t wait to go back to Anna Maria Island!!

Comfortable Oasis

We stayed for a week with two dogs. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. We loved the heated pool. We were very comfortable and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. This property is perfectly situated on the island and within a short walking or driving distance to a public beach with gorgeous sunset views. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Our dogs were comfortable inside the house and in the fully fenced backyard. The neighborhood was pet-friendly as well but you need a flashlight for nighttime walks because the streets are dimly lit. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet family vacation.

Great property, pool, and centrally located to everything. So nice being close to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We used the hot tub a few times too and it got nice and hot. The beach cart is on its last leg but it still got the job done.

This house made a great vacation spot for my family. We soaked up the sun and enjoyed the pool and waterfall hot tub. Lots of mosquitoes, my father ended up at urgent care so use bug spray. The location is great and close to a ton of activities and restaurants.

Thanksgiving friends & family get together.

The floor plan is perfect as each king suite had a private bath. The furniture was adequate in the living area. Toaster did not work very well. TVs in 3 of the bedrooms did not work. Other than that, fabulous. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful house and close to the beach (5 stars)

Very well maintenance. Close to the beach. Great communication with Claire. I never felt this was a “townhome”. We had a little issue with the AC and management was very responsive and solve the issue first thing next morning. The space was great and the neighborhood was very quite. Will love to rent again!
