We had a great time at Holmes beach! The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the pool. The backyard is like a tropical oasis. Only a short walk from the beach. We will rent this house again!

Our family loves AMI. We have stayed in multiple properties managed by Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals, and they have never disappointed. We were very happy with the Beach Breezes house, and it was perfect for our family of 5. The listing was accurate to what we experienced in the house. This was a 10/10 and we would definitely rent again!

Great stay!

We highly enjoyed this vacation rental! It's a short walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub, and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed (even Tupperware!) and the air conditioning kept us cool in hot summer temperatures. We will definitely be back!

Beach Breeezes

We really enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable accommodations. Pool was excellent and the whole area by the pool was so relaxing. Our 2 year old granddaughter just loved it. And the walk to the beach was close. Plus very clean. We will stay here again!!

Really well equipped house and good location. Bed bugs found mid stay. My daughter and her fiancé flew home that day because she was having an allergic reaction to the bites. 2 rounds of steroids are finally giving her relief. They found another house for us to finish out the vacation but it wasn’t as nice and didn’t have a hot tub. They refunded our money but sadly our vacation was ruined.

The property was fully treated and has since passed a complete follow‑up inspection. Guest comfort and safety are extremely important to us, and we follow strict procedures any time a concern is raised. We’re also sorry that the only home we had available to move you into didn’t match the amenities of your original booking. We understand how disappointing that was, even with the refund you received. We truly hope your daughter is feeling better, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address the situation quickly. House was great! About a 10 minute walk to the beach. House is in the center of the island, so close to everything. Bring mosquito spray in summer if planning on going out to the pool at night.

First Time on AMI

First time in AMI but won’t be our last!! The island is still recovering from Helene but is in amazing condition for just being a year out from that storm. Beautiful gulf waters and lots of shopping and local restaurants to choose from which is such a nice change of pace from our home in Northern Virginia. This home fit our family of 6 well. Pool was fabulous and our teenage sons thrilled with this peek of our vacation. Will definitely return to this vacation spot in the future!!

The host was very welcoming, thorough and professional. The information for check in was sent in advance and clear in the instructions. The house was spotless, spactious and very comfortable. Great outdoor space and well appointed kitchen. The weather was cooler a few days so the pool didn't stay heated but the documents explained that clearly so we were bummed but not disappointed. Heavenly back yard, close to beach

This home was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. Everything was updated and clean. We are often Disney travelers or “busy” travelers. I wasn’t sure what we would do for 7 days on the island, but between the pool, hot tub, TV area, ping pong table down stairs and the short trip to the beach, we had plenty to keep us busy. Many travelers left behind their pool and beach toys (as did we), which was really nice. There was even a beach caddy for toys. We put together a puzzle that was there as well as played a matching game. We just really enjoyed this house and our time there. The back yard is so lush with greenery that you don’t realize your proximity to neighbors. It makes it feel secluded. We loved it!
