Beautiful vie!

We stayed for 10 days. Beautiful pool and access to a beach that is not over crowded and clean. Many great restaurants all around the strip! Highly recommend it!

Perfect beach location

Perfect location with short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. The second floor location gives great views from the condo. The sound of the waves and views made work days more enjoyable- exactly what I was looking for a couple of days. Thanks for sharing this great space!

This is a wonderful location - quiet and right on the ocean. Simple, clean and a nice place to stay. Lots of good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Three Sisters’ Yearly Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room, a great ocean view from the balcony, safe convenient garage parking, and all the furnishings that we needed.

Unit in need of repair!! View wonderful

Quick trip with sister. Older complex right on beach with pool that you can use only during the day. We loved the view, king bed was ok, but need new mattresses for twin beds. Needs deep cleaning. Could not get TV to work on the rainy day. There are no salt, pepper, or plastic bags etc. bring everything with you.

Good location, substandard interior

The location of this rental was awesome and it was clean, however, the interior of the condo was awful. The interior doors had large pieces of paint/wood chipped off, the wallpaper had been painted and was peeling off of the walls, two of the chairs on the deck were very close to falling apart to the point that they looked unsafe.

Large unit with everything you need !

It was a very nice property with nice heated pool. Beautiful views of ocean . Beautiful balcony. The only downside was the closet had LOTS of stuff to use for the beach that was awesome to use with sand in them. I think that made the unit smell.i lysoled everything and lit candles and by day 2 it was better. Would stay again!

Space Coast Softball Tournament

My husband and I came down to watch our Granddaughter play in a softball tournament. This place was perfect for us. The condo was nice and the beach wasn’t crowded and the location was perfect. We definitely would recommend Spanish Main 61.

Great view of the ocean!

Our family had a great time in Cocoa Beach! The direct ocean view was breathtaking! Great communication and instructions by the owner of the unit. Overall, wonderful experience. The unit could use a little updating, but the view of the ocean easily made up for it.

Great ocean views and location

Second floor end unit provided great views of the ocean as well as rocket launches from Cape Canaveral . The garage was an added advantage. The only negative is trying to leave the property to go south.

Property is older and reasonably well-maintained. Lanai cushions could be replaced, an extra set of sheets and a blanket would be useful. The property location was great and a corner unit overlooking the ocean was ideal. All in all, a good value for the money. Would stay there again.
