Dream location

The condo is a bit dated (kitchen and bathrooms), but it is clean and there is everything you need. The location is hard to beat, near everything and directly on the beach, we really enjoyed our stay.

Having 1st floor access to pool & beach was wonderful! You could hear the waves & see the sunrise. Having the end unit was great because it was very private- no one walking past or making alot of noise. I would definitely rent that particular unit again because of all the above.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the kitchen was not stocked as well as it could have been. I like to do alot of cooking & was suprised that it didnt even have staples like salt & pepper or much baking equipment. We had arrived late & hadnt had time to do shopping before we got there & were a bit taken aback that we had to get thoseOn the plus side there were plenty of towels & beach equipment & we enjoyed it thoroughly. Beds were comfortable. Living room was set up so you coukd see the ocean view

Air show

Was such a great location less than 50ft from the water we got to see the coco air show from the units patio such an awsome experience. We would definitely stay here agin the unit was super nice and quite.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good. Loved the location and easy beach access. The unit itself was a bit in need of some TLC. Hole in the headboard, rust and stains on cealings, sliders. Slider very difficult to open. Kitchen chair leg broken, new metal brackets screwed in but chair was not stable.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this nice oceanfront condo in Cocoa Beach! The view of the Atlantic from the patio was breathtaking, with sunrises that made every morning special. The condo was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, modern kitchen, comfy beds, and even beach gear for our kids. The location is perfect: steps from the beach, a short walk to local restaurants. The host was great, ensuring our check-in was seamless and offering great local tips. We loved the pool and the secure, family-friendly vibe of the property. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Needs a good cleaning

Property manager Cathy was awesome. Very responsive. Had black mold in the tub area of guest room. Had to scrub before using. Also black feet the first night there. Location is great, close to everything. Nice pool. Right on the beach for walking and fishing.

Great place to stay for holidays with family

Excellent communication with manager, took care of issue quickly. Great location to see space launches. Wonderful heated pool. Full kitchen with dishes and cookware, although mis-matched, enough to fit our needs. Furniture well-used, but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is FABULOUS! We LOVE the Beach and LOVE The Spanish Main Complex! This is the 15th year that My wife Patti and I have been renting our Vacation Homes. It all started when we bought our first Condo, and it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to nearly 2,000 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two locations: The Beach and right outside the Main Gate at Disney World!
