Building Notice: The association is currently completing a concrete improvement and exterior painting project throughout the complex, which is expected to continue through mid-November. Most activity is concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though work may take place in other areas of the property as the project progresses. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise and may notice workers or equipment on site.

​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

I would have given excellent however we didn’t have any hot water our second night. I called the emergency number and left a message. No one ever called me back. When I called the office the next morning , the hot water was fixed by noon. Everything else was excellent. A suggestion would be to have tall chairs and table on the Lanai so the beautiful view of the beach and ocean isn’t obstructed by the railing.

This property was exactly as described. The views were wonderful from the balcony. If you use the stairs, moving from door to ground floor/ pool is quicker but the elevator is more convenient for moving luggage and beach toys. Great coffee breakfast shop right at the end of the driveway...yumm!

Beautiful sunrises each morning from the balcony! Full unobstructed panoramic views were a great way to start the day. Super easy direct beach access. Condo was great - comfortable couches and beds. Very large Smart TV in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen had all the essentials. Great water pressure in the showers. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, quiet condo just steps from the beach! Very clean with comfy beds. Natalie communicated well with us, and checked in to make sure our stay was as expected. Highly recommend staying here!

PERFECT OCEANFRONT

The Condo was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable, the TV controls were easy to use and the view was incredible! Of our 4 stays in the area over the past year the check-out procedures for Spanish Main was the most hassle-free...this has been our most enjoyable location. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Great stay on the beach!

This 4th floor property gave us just what we were looking for, great views and easy access to the beach. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and up to date and the appliances all worked. We also appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, full size cooler and even a couple of boogie boards! The grounds were quiet and well kept. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

We were pleasantly surprised. It looked to have been recently redecorated and was everything we needed for our week at the beach. Perfect spot to watch the sun come up in the morning and the cruise ships coming and going.

Spanish Main 70 is as advertised! Great location with easy access to the beach. Absolutely perfect for watching a rocket launch! Five stars for Juky 4th week stay!

We were looking for a condo to house three adults and a 2 1/2 year-old, near my sister’s condo in Cocoa Beach. This was a perfect location for us, and everything went smoothly.Natalie, our property manager could not have been better in terms of answering questions before hand, and being available for a couple questions while we were there. We would absolutely recommend this lovely property.Our room had a balcony on the ocean, and getting our bags up and down to the fourth floor was easy with a provided cart, and the pool looked great, although we used my sister‘s pool instead. Great stay!

It was wonderful waking up to the ocean out the window - plus the balcony space to hang out & enjoy the ocean view during the day. In a way, the place felt more spacious than the pictures. Good. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes properly. Light bulbs were burned out. Sliding glass door and windows were difficult to use or broken. Floors were dirty when we walked around in just our socks or bare feet. Website did not state that the bathroom doorways were only 22 1/2 inches wide so the unit was not handicapped accessible.

Pros- great view, 2 baths, seafood, visit w/old friends. Cons-no living room lamps, noisy bed, and I saw the biggest spider ever at 3 AM in the master bathroom. NYF (not your fault) - rain, heat, humidity.
