Finished 5 days of parks at the best place in the world. Our home away from home Cocoa Bech. We’ve stayed in over a dozen different places and this was the most updated and new one we stayed in . Simply beautiful.

This condo/unit was great! Everything at the property was exceptional- the unit was immaculate and had everything needed for a vacation. Definitely a ‘gold star’ unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Had everything in place that we needed. We actually over packed because we didn’t realize everything that was provided. It was clean, just a perfect stay for our short vacation. We recommend this condo for your stay!

Really a great location. Easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. The condo had everything you’d need including a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker, plenty of utensils snd cookware.They said to arrive and see what was available before you shop and they were right. There was all sorts of spices and soaps and such. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is there is a huge construction project right next door. The workers were not there on the weekend, but started at 6:45am on the weekdays. Trucks beeping and later saws and stuff. They are building a large hotel and have a ways to go. I don’t know how long the construction will be a factor, you might want to contact the rental company to find out.

The condo was nice and clean. There was plenty of room. We had a little issue with the door code upon arrival but Daniel answered me immediately and got my issue fixed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. They also had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Private walkway to access the beach was definitely a plus!!Need to let renters know that key for carts, pool and gate to beach is inside condo.

Great condo for a family vacation

The condo was very clean and well supplied with kitchen appliances and accessories. It had a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There was construction right across from our balcony (which we knew about), it provided us some entertainment. You can see the ocean and beach from the balcony. This is a corner unit, so there is another balcony that faces the parking lot (so no ocean view from that one). The pool was very heated to a very warm/nice temperature. The beach was just a short walk from the condo.

Clean and comfortable!

Everything was as pictured and listed! This is our 3rd stay at this resort and 2nd in this unit - the location, beach access and amenities can’t be beat. The unit was clean and had everything to get us started and more! As noted in the listing, there is a large construction site right next door (directly below and overlooked by both balconies) - I was prepared for this to be a nuisance, but having 2 young boys it actually provided much entertainment ;)
 job site noise started around 7am daily, except Sunday, and lasted until 5:00 or so. With the patio doors closed, the noise level was fairly low and possible to drown out. We appreciated having been made clearly aware of this when booking!

Would Definitely Book Again

The condo was larger than we expected and well kept. The rooms were large with very comfortable beds and pillows. The walk-in closet had extra bath towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, fans, and hangers. The coat closet was filled with beach items including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, canopy, and many toys. I’m told these items come and go, but we were lucky to have many options. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed, including pitchers for tea. The bathrooms were nice and provided enough hot water for a family of four to shower one after another. It was great having a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the views from the balconies. One overlooks the town with the Banana River in the distance. The other overlooks the beach where we enjoyed watching surfers and other beach goers and even watched a rocket launch from the balcony! The beach was just down the elevator and had a nice area to rinse off when returning. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and each one we tried was fantastic. We felt safe the entire trip and would book again.

READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!

The condo itself is very nice and has everything you need for your stay (kitchen is very well equipped and they have lots of beach accessories). Beds are very comfortable.Check-in was easy and no issues.The problem is with the construction next door. The listing description states that you may experience a little noise but that doesn't even come close to what we had to endure. They are pounding in 80 foot concrete posts into the ground ALL DAY ALONG. BANG BANG BANG and the condo shakes with every bang. For our sanity, we had to vacate the condo during the day and come back at 5:00 pm. I was with my 93 year old father so that was a major inconvenience for us.

Neighborhood under heavy construction

The inside of the condo was very nice, spacious, & clean with many accommodations. Unfortunately there was so much loud construction right next door we couldn’t sleep in or use either balcony cause the noise was so loud! Also wasn’t aware the heated pool & hot-tub close if weather falls below 60 degrees so I purposely booked it thinking we could use them & was only able to one day out of the 5 I booked. That should be made aware to people booking a vacation getaway. & the heavy construction should also be made aware to customers. Not a place I would recommend to someone looking for a relaxing winter getaway Nor would I book again over winter months. Construction looks like it’ll be at least a year or more out.The property manager was also quite rude. Asked him a question, he gave me a short, rude answer & shook his head at me like I was an idiot.
