Cette élégante villa est située au bord des 8 lacs, à quelques minutes à pied du parc Rotary avec son jardin aux papillons et de ses sentiers de randonnée. Westin Resort Marina Village est situé à environ un kilomÚtre et se trouve sur la riviÚre Caloosahatchee avec une vue imprenable sur Sanibel, Fort Myers et au-delà sur le golfe du Mexique. Il offre quelques restaurants haut de gamme et boutiques. Le parc aquatique Sun Splash se trouve à seulement 11 km de la maison. La plage de Fort Myers est à seulement 22 km de la maison.

The house was great, but the pool heater was broke for our whole stay. When I asked about a possible refund of perhaps one night of our stay, the owner ghosted me and I have not heard from him since.

July 4th vacation with family.

We have been in this property before and enjoyed this time as well. We usually go to Cape Coral area on July 4th for a family vacation. The house was clean, stocked well with all needed items, adequate room for our family and had a great location. The issues that were needing attention (sent pics to the manager) were noted. The pool was a favorite and overall, we enjoyed the stay (7/3-7/6) Communication with the manager was also very quick, efficient and timely. Would come again- highly recommend.

Very nice location. Close to all restaurants and two marinas. The house has two living rooms which we utilized. The pool was great. The view to the lake was great. We also fished of the pier and had a Manatee come up to the pier. We will be back.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

Had a lovely time at this gorgeous waterfront home. The host was extremely responsive. The pool and outdoor "kitchen" was perfect. There was space for everyone. Also, one of the reasons we picked this VRBO, is that it's location is great. It is near the Harbor Marina, the Westin and has close grocery shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Cape Coral

My extended family and I were visiting the area for a memorial service in Fort Myers. This Cape Coral home was perfect for our group of 12. Location is convenient with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants and it's an easy drive to Fort Myers and Sanibel. The home is well appointed with better kitchen amenities than one typically finds in a short term rental and nice bathroom products. We also got great use out of the outdoor kitchen on the night that we grilled dinner for ourselves. Beds were comfortable and the teenager who opted to sleep on the couch said it was very comfortable too. The kids in our group loved swimming in the pool and spotting fish from the dock. Overall this is a great homebase in Cape Coral and in the greater Fort Myers area for a group.

What a wonderful home away from home for our family vacation! From grandparents to the grown children, to the little ones, this house was ideal for a large group. Our host provided us with wonderful service and quick communication, amazing amenities, and all we needed for a fun and relaxing week!

Simply Fantastic

We had a group of five adults and this was more than enough space for us. LOVED the open air concept and window to the patio. Fun area, with dining and shopping options. Definitely on the list of places to revisit and stay.

Awesome Get-Away

Wonderful property and very responsive host. Pool and dock areas were absolutely lovely. We are a family with adult kids and their spouses and we all still had our own space and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful House

We spend one week with our family (8 people) in this wonderful home and had a great Christmas Time in Cape Coral. We loved the Christmas Tree and the decoration in the living room. There were enough space and bathrooms for all of us. We had everything we needed in this house and the communication with Egle was perfect. The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful. You will find everything you need in the area (supermarkets, restaurants, 
).

Great house and Great Host

Eight adults stayed for 6 nights at this house and we couldn't,t be more pleased. The house has a great lay out so if you want some quiet and privacy you can find it. We all gathered around the big table for meals and card gams at night. The outdoor kitchen and the pool are fantastic. In a nice quiet neighborhood but close to amazing restaurants and of course the beaches. Thank you Egle!

Hidden Gem!

Our stay at Eight Lakes was one for the memory books! The house has an amazing layout with a beautiful pool and view. Plenty of space for a boat as well. Communication with the property owner was easy and all messages were always returned very quickly. Perfect location when wanting to visit other beaches in the area. The property is close to restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend staying at Eight lakes for all families.

Perfect place to gather

A beautiful home to celebrate a “big” birthday . Our host was readily available for questions. The property was convenient to stores, restaurants and parks. We sat on the pier and watched fireworks on the Fourth of July. I highly recommend this property.
