Welcome to âBlessed For Shoreâ - our 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in Seagrove Beach.
LOCATION:
This brand-new, coastal-inspired residence is at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beachâjust steps from public beach access and the sugar sand beaches of 30A. The home is within walking distance to local shops, stores, and dining.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This impeccably-designed home warmly welcomes 12 guests and features four large, well-appointed bedrooms.
Just off the main hallway, you'll find the first-floor king bedroom, complete with a large walk-in closet and desk space. The bedroom's private bathroom comes with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Passing the powder room and first-floor laundry room, you'll enter the home's communal area - an open-concept kitchen, dining and living room.
The dining area seats six with four seats along the kitchen island's breakfast bar, and additional al fresco dining for six on the home's large, covered back porch. The living room comfortably seats eight and offers a large smart TV.
The home's gourmet kitchen comes stocked with brand-new, premium Z Line appliances - fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The well-equipped kitchen also comes with a wall-mounted pot filler, a dual coffee maker (k-cup and drip), a blender, and all the cookware and bakeware you could need. There is plenty of cooking space to create your family meals on the six-burner gas range with a full selection of cutlery and utensils.
The second-floor suite comes with private access to the home's front balcony as well as a king bed. The suite's private bathroom includes a generously sized walk-in closet, a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a standalone soaking tub.
Just across the landing, you'll pass the hallway bunk beds complete with individual device nooks and USB charger ports, as well as the home's second laundry room.
The third bedroom comprises a queen bed and a bunk, as well as a private bathroom and closet.
The king bedroom at the end of the hallway comes with a private balcony that overlooks the rear of the home as well as a king bed, double closet space, and a bathroom that includes both a walk-in shower and a low-profile bathtub (great for kids).
All bedrooms include ceiling fans and smart TVs with access to the home's premium streaming package, as well as any other streaming services you wish to log in to throughout your stay.
The covered back porch extends the length of the home and offers lounging and dining areas, while the front porch welcomes you with a wide porch swing and a spacious driveway that comfortably fits four vehicles.
AMENITIES:
Guests can enjoy full access to The Village of Sugar Beach's community swimming pool, as well as four brand-new premium adult beach cruisers. The Beachwood Villas public beach access is only 300 yards away. The home also comes with a premium gas grill.
You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
We accept one pet per stay, up to 50 lbs total. Pets are strictly not allowed upstairs, on furniture/beds, or in the pool, showers, or bathtubs. Pets should not be left unattended at the property for more than four hours unless crated.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
