Le lieu de notre sĂ©jour n’était pas entiĂšrement Ă  notre goĂ»t car Ă©loignĂ© des endroits que nous aimons frĂ©quenter, mais ce n’est en aucun cas la faute de notre hĂŽte qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©ceptif Ă  nos demandes!

Family weekend

This property was just what we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood but close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Indoor and outdoor areas to relax. The host was great with communication and helping us find what we needed. Very much enjoyed our time here

Christmas to NYE

Steve was an excellent host and very communicative before and during our stay. This home is in a great location to visit the boardwalk and beaches. The home was very clean with very kind neighbors who allowed our boys to use their basketball hoop in the cul de sac.

Family reunion New Years Eve

This was the most perfect place to stay with our family from Denmark! We rented the house for 7 days and celebrated New Years Eve there too. Steve Raso is an excellent host! He checked in with us to see if everything was ok, if we needed anything and made sure we had an amazing family reunion! The house is super clean, bright and new furniture all over. The pool area is beautiful! We enjoyed being by the canal and the backyard is private and relaxing. We spent every night by the fire pit table and the heated pool is a plus in December. We ate all our meals outside at the dining table. The house could easily accommodate us 9 people. We loved everything about this house and would love to come back again. Thank you Steve! :)

This is the place

We had a great vacation. The house is beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for 7 of us. The pool was amazing. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We left some very important items behind accidentally and he sent them to us priority mail immediately. Great all the way around. I highly recommend this place.

Accommodation At Its Finest

I’m going to keep it short because I could seriously rave on about how great Steve and his property are. The host is communicative, never left any of my questions/concerns unanswered nor made me feel like a burden. The home is beautiful & well managed. Beautiful and Comfortable Property

Our family stayed at the property in July 2021. We were having a vow renewal at a local hotel in Miami, I am so glad we stayed at this home and not the hotel! The place was stocked, I advise you to check in prior to shopping
everything you need is probably already in the home. Thanks again for allowing our family the opportunity to relax in your warm pool and comfy home💕

Couldn’t be happier!

Can’t say enough great things about the house and the host. The house was conveniently located, well cleaned, and nicely updated. The backyard served as a great spot for entertainment. The host, Steve, was hospitable and was very easy to reach out to regarding anything, and responded in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this location if you wanted to stay in the Hollywood area. Couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic Host!

Steven is a fantastic host and the property is well taken care of. This house was perfect for our party of 8 and the 3 full baths really came in handy to get every one in an out quickly. The heated pool is what attracted us as we were trying to escape the NY winter weather for a few days. Steven was great from the get go. He responded to us right away, answered our every question and even worked with us on the pricing. The house literally has everything you can think of and Steven even welcomed us by leaving a few bottles of wine and plenty of snacks. Hand Sanitizer was available at the entrance. Sheets and towels were clean. Extra beach towels were available for the pool. Plenty of seating outside to soak up the Sun. There is also a floating pool basketball hoop which made the pool a lot of fun for the kids and grownups. At night the pool area turns into an Oasis you don't want to leave. Palm trees are lit up with colorful lights. Patio has string lights that hang from the top and the pool is lit up blue. We absolutely loved it and will certainly book with Steven again. Thank you for the great experience.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great for us and it was nice to come back at night and relax by the pool. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Nice private home

The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The only issue we had was with check in. We arrived at the stated time and they were still cleaning. Contacted the owner and a short time later the lady said why didn’t you tell me you were here I would have hurried up. Wanted her to clean it thoroughly not hurry. Also, we contacted owner about gas grill he assured us someone would be out to fill the tank. Severa messages to them later and the tank was never filled. A few broken items, nothing that bothered our stay. Would recommend to others to rent. Just needs a bit better customer service and communication.

Beautiful home in an excellent location . Quiet neighborhood while surrounded by a ton to do.

Easy to rent. Owner got back to me right away with booking and any concerns I had . Checking in and out was a breeze. Enjoyed the property greatly will definitely book again.
