Incroyable maison Oceanfront

Ceci est une maison de deux étages avec pont et vue sur la baie de l'avant, ainsi que sur l'océan de dunes de l'arriÚre. AccÚs à la plage est un peu plus de la dune. Il y a deux chambres à l'étage, une reine de taille et un lit double de taille. Il y a un plan d'étage salon ouvert.
En bas, vous trouverez un canapé-lit de taille queen avec une table de billard qui se déplie aussi sur le hockey de l'air. Grandes terrasses des deux cÎtés de la maison.

Great property. Plenty of toys and games for children, spacious, and lots of light. Close to the beach. We had a great time.

Clean place in a quiet neighborhood next to beach.With a beautiful view of Waldport bridge. Includes a great game room! Host responded to inquires almost immediately! My only suggestion is to have a walking stick to help get to and from beach or there is public access about 1 mile north of the property that is easier for folks with mobility concern.We would book this property again!

Peaceful

Very clean, easy access to beach over sand dune, perfect place for pets and very quiet. It also had all the kitchen amenities that made ot easy to cook some of my meals. Enjoyed reading on deck.

Beautiful location, cute home.

With nice weather the beach is absolutely beautiful and easy to access. Lots of games if the weather is not so nice and is close by Newport so as to do inside activities. The house is super cute and very accomodating if you like to catch and cook your own food.

Wonderfully relaxing stay

The house is very nice- just as advertised. Not large, but a perfect fit for a family of four. Lucked out on beautiful weather- beach access is great. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend a relaxing weekend at the coast.

Great family vacation home

We had a great stay here. The house is really spacious, had everything we needed, and we loved the location. Nice view and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling with kids!

Great location

The house is family friendly. The kitchen has lots of items to make meal preparation a breeze. Location is great, with a walk over the sand dunes onto a quiet beach. The front view is of the beautiful bay. Paul quickly responded to questions I had. My family enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Get-away!

We had a lovely weekend at this house. I guess the only thing that made it less than perfect was the steps we had to climb to get to the main living area. The 2nd bathroom is downstairs and the steps are skinny. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with! Thanks!

The location was nice. Property needs more work. Shag carpeting should be replaced with indoor/outdoor carpeting."pool table" in terrible shape and should be repaired or removed. Cleanliness very poor. Curtains could be a bit better at keeping glare out. Upstairs shower water very hot only. Downstairs shower doors do not close properly. Home reeks of mold. Deck not entirely safe. Stairs going up from ground floor very narrow, footing dangerous (especially with size 13 feet). Sliders could use cover. I am not trying to seem ungrateful, just thought a little sharing could be helpful.

Amazing? No! Upon checkin we found a pile of dog poop under the dining room table that the housekeeper missed along with filled poop bags on the deck. First night pulling back the comforter I found a worm in the middle of my pillow! Upon further checking we found more in the bedroom. This home has worms!! During the stay we also found centipedes on the wall in the kitchen. The VRBO listing had a fireplace listed & pictured. On arrival we found a sign stating that the fireplace could not be used. Deceptive advertising. The ocean view is over a 100 steps climb up the dune to get to the top to see the ocean. The climb down to the beach is then across the dune & even more than double that. Just to be honest since the listing is not. Needless to say I will not be staying in this home ever again. We did like the area & luckily there are plenty of other homes available to rent in the area.

Nice Spot for Family Fun

We had a great time with our 3 teens and dog. The house had everything we needed and the private beach access was a huge hit. The location is out of the main towns a bit, but a 10-20 min drive will get you to all the touristey things the Oregon Coast has to offer. Plus, being out a bit allowed for less light pollution at nught and we were able to see a ton of stars and watch the meteor shower from the back deck, which was amazing. The view of the harbor out front was cool too. My only minor gripe is that the beds were not comfortable. Thank you for a great time!

A near miss

The home’s location is great. Beautiful views of the Alsea Bay bridge out front and you can listen to the waves out back. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located. The kitchen is well appointed and had all the appliances and tools we needed for our stay and then some. The bathrooms and bedrooms also had all the necessary linens, towels and toilet paper. Driving up to be home is underwhelming. Flanked by two homes who's exteriors are in good shape, this one has peeling stain and paint and looks rundown. Upon opening the door, there is a TERRIBLE smell, something between chemical and musty the door could be open all day and the smell does not go away. Luckily, it doesn’t follow you upstairs. There are several broken and worn out things in the home that detracted from our stay. The rear sliding door can not be locked as there is no catch for the latch. The screen for slider is missing handles and falls out of the tracks when moved. Rotting deck boards, one right in front of the steps used to access the beach and the deck is covered in peeling paint. Poop from a bird’s nest on the front deck didn’t appear to have been cleaned up for some time. The sink sprayer is broken. The beds are very worn and should be replaced immediately. The air hockey side of the pool table is broken. The access to the beach is very steep which the owners can’t control but it should be noted. Owners were very easy to communicate with and we’re glad for feedback so the items can be addressed.

Quiet beach condo

Property was clean and in excellent condition when we arrived. Absolutely no issues with the property or owners. Very typical Beach condo have to climb the dunes to get to the ocean. Cool ocean breeze in the evening kept the temperature just right. We will certainly be back

6 day stay

The property was in a great location- beach was clean and private- no public access made it an amazing visit. There was a strong musty smell upon arrival-owner assure us it was typical beach property-looked like there may have been some water damage but the home was well set up and comfy- had kid stuff which was nice- All the added fees on top of the listed price made it more spendy than anticipated- m,ay or may not return

Perfect Location

You can walk out your back door and enjoy the amazing Oregon coast. Close to town and a short drive to Newport. Clean, comfortable, Private, and inviting. It was exactly we hoped it would be and more. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

It's an amazing retreat

The property is super well maintained and everything works as intended! The house interior is decorated as an Art and History museum with a lot of paintings, antique furniture and other stuff. It requires some fresh air flow which could be addressed by guests via opening the windows :) The beach is easily accessible from the property .

Great Location!

The property was very clean and everything was just as described. Waldport was a perfect location, close to the water, beach, food, and activities for the family! We LOVED how close we were to the beach and ocean!

Can't beat the beach access

The beach access from this house is just beautiful - gorgeous small sand dunes just before hitting the beach and wide open oregon coast. Wonderful location.

Summer vacation on the beach

My family and I had a great time staying in the house. Location and size of the house were great. Kitchen supplies were lacking some, I donated some more cups and a large pot, and the towels had a weird musty/ body odor smell, quick fix in the washer though the washer becomes unbalanced and doesn't finish washing. The decks are great to lounge on and the beach toys were a nice touch for the kids
