4 saisons au bord du lac locatif privé - parfait séjour en ville / oasis au bord du lac

une maison familiale confortable au bord du lac de 3200 pieds carrĂ©s avec toutes les commoditĂ©s. La maison est isolĂ©e par une forĂȘt de cĂšdres vous donnant beaucoup d'intimitĂ©. Le quai privĂ© et le bord du lac permettent la baignade, le kayak, le canoĂ«-kayak, la pĂȘche ainsi que de nombreuses autres activitĂ©s nautiques amusantes!
House est livré avec un canoë, un kayak, des hamacs extérieurs, du paddle board et des chaises longues pour le soleil, ainsi que plusieurs tables extérieures et suffisamment de siÚges extérieurs pour plus de 15 personnes. Un tout nouveau barbecue est également fourni. Immense terrasse à l'extérieur de la maison est parfait pour les repas en plein air entre les arbres et le soleil.
L'intérieur de la maison a un grand salon avec un canapé et un foyer au bois.

Sleepy Hallow Dream

Had a wonderful stay for Spring break this past week with my kids. The house has everything you need and could think about needing! The host was super helpful and responsive as well. All of the photos are accurate and represented the property perfectly! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house for a weekend away with friends

We were looking for a house with room for two families of four, a separate space for the kids and a hot tub and this house has all of that. Antonia was great to work with and the house was clean and well equipped. Village of Coxsackie is only ten minutes away if you need a break from lounging, eating, drinking, reading, playing games, etc.

Lake House

This was our second trip to this awesome house! We loved it just as much as the first time. We meet our friends who also have little kids and we all have the best time enjoying the house, yard, deck, and lake together. Can’t wait to go back again next summer!

Great place to chill out!

What a beautiful house and location for a few days chilling out with friends. The house and facilities was exactly as described and pictured. We made use of the community pool, relaxed in the hot tub and paddled on the lake in the kayaks. The 80”s kids in us particularly loved the record player (we brought our own disks!) and playing Pac-Man 😊. Communicating with Antonia was also super easy. All in all a Feb trip.

Great family get away

This was our third year in a row of visiting Antonia's place. She has done a beautiful job renovating this house. We have really enjoy staying there and it is very comfortable for families. We were sad the hot tub was out of commision this time, but hopefully it will be back in service soon.

Great spot for families

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in the summer with grandparents and 5 kids under the age of 10. The house was very clean and has a cool mid-century modern design. There was plenty of room for everyone and the home had so many great amenities for the kids- video games, air hockey, swings and zip line- that it gave the adults to time to actually relax. There is a calm creek with a dock out back where we enjoyed kayaking and canoeing. The community has a pool and a beachfront on the lake that we spent the hot afternoons at. Overall everyone had a lovely time and we would recommend for families or even a group of friends.

Wonderful week in the country

It's a gorgeous house, very clean and well organized. The kitchen was excellently equipped. The grounds were beautiful. Our 21 year old son and his friends enjoyed the canoes, fishing, the jacuzzi and the family room. We all had a wonderful week. Our only complaint is that many of the activities we were interested in involved long car rides.

The house is so homey, great style, clean. Everything you need. The yard and lake is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. there is a downstairs floor with records and games for the kids and lots of toys and books in the kids room. I highly recommend!

Great for kids

Antonia’s house is a great stay. She was very communicative before our stay as well as during our stay. The home is amazing! So clean and very well stocked. It was especially good for children with lots of toys and outdoor fun. The yard is full of shade and has many things in the yard to have fun. The community beach (much cleaner area of the lake) and pool was easy to find and to access. The dock at the house was not as usable for us. The boats were hard to access and hard to get in from the dock and the lake water was pretty dirty near the dock. The fishing rods were also unusable but my daughter had fun pretending to fish with them. Overall our stay was awesome and we would definitely come back.

A perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

I stayed at this property with some friends for the week of Thanksgiving. The property was so beautiful and we loved the yard, the kayaks, and all the amenities. Antonia was a communicative and accommodating host - she even left us a turkey tray and gave us great recommendations for places to get pies and produce for our meals. We all had a great time and hope to return!

A wonderful home!

Lovely house in a great location! We had such a nice long weekend here. My daughter and I loved the hot tub built into the deck. My husband and son spent a lot of time at the pool table. We walked down to the dock where there were several kayaks, canoes, etc. which we would have used if it were warmer. We are already planning our next visit back here next summer!

Fantastic!

Fantastic! Our family highly recommends this property. We enjoyed using the kayaks, deck, hot tub, backyard and community pool. The kids young and old had plenty to keep them busy or just relaxing. Great House With Everything You Need

Antonia's place was amazing! Especially recommended if you're traveling with a family. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies for cooking big family meals. Beds were very comfortable. There were gates for the staircases for easy babyproofing. And three floors was perfect for putting some distance between the sleeping kids and the adults playing pool and cards in the basement. The hot tub was great for the adults, and the backyard had no shortage of activities for the kids (swings, tight rope, zipline). We usually leave vacation rentals disappointed, but not this time... would love to come back to this beautiful spot.

Great for families!

My family enjoyed getting together at this lake house. There is plenty to do and room to spread out between the living room, downstairs game room (with pool table, air hockey and video games), dock and backyard area. The grandchildren had fun using the swings, zip line, baseball gear and basketballs. A great place for kids! The shaded yard does not allow you to see the water from the deck/house but it provides lots of privacy and safety for small children. A walk down the steps brings you to the dock where we enjoyed relaxing at the patio table with chairs. We also enjoyed using the canoe and kayaks and the kids had fun using the fishing poles to try and catch fish off the dock. The fire pit with chairs was great and everyone especially liked the hot tub. The community pool was a short car ride away. Antonia communicated well and was very responsive. The main floor bathroom has been recently redone and is very nice. We will definitely consider renting this house again!

House rental

This property is large and great for a large group or family. Loved the game room downstairs! The home needs some updating as everything looked to be from the 70’s. Items in the kitchen needed repair and there was no napkins, paper towels or bath soap- so you need to come prepared. We liked having the outdoor hot tub but definitely not worth the extra $150 charge to use it. We actually used it 2 times for about 15 minutes each time. Overall, we had a nice time and the location was close to where my son got married. Would like to stay at a more updated house in the future.
