H❤️me Away from Home

This was the perfect place to meet with family for a long weekend and to celebrate our nephew’s 3rd birthday together. The property had everything we could need from the kitchen to the bathroom. Located walking distance to stores in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the indoor patio and backyard set up for the little one to play! Would stay here again on our next visit to San Antonio.

New years holiday

Overall the house is pretty nice and comfy. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen everything was clean. The only observation I would make is the room that’s besides the living room, it doesn’t have privacy at all, all the lights from outside gets in at night and there’s no heat so the room was very cold. This room has to be detailed in the house description. I would definitely stay again whenever I come back to San Antonio.

Thank you for taking time to write this review. Unfortunately, your stay was during an unusual cold weather and the room was cold. We usually do not have this issue. The text in the listing DOES include this info - see **. You also booked for 4 people which would not need these two beds. You had more people stay than you booked with.

Cozy Townhome

We chose this property due to its proximity to everything. The neighborhood was super quiet. The property was kept cleaned and sanitized with Young Living products. While this listing does list a 3rd bed- it’s located in a room with only a fan and felt rather warm for someone to sleep in. Luckily our group was fine with the 2 bedrooms listed and living room. The owner was very responsive and the use of the garage was a HUGE plus for us.

Lovely, clean home

Communication with the owner was fast and efficient and needed at various times. The home is decorated tastefully and is immaculately clean. It is roomy and has nearly all the amenities needed. A toaster and teapot would help in the kitchen. Also, hooks in the bathroom would be nice. I highly suggest that there is a process for checking out the property before your guests check in. Also, the tv in the bedroom doesn't work. The sound bar remote control even with new batteries never worked so the sound between the sound bar and tv in the main living area was never modulated therefore making the tv unusable. The central location of the property is a definite plus. Many amenities are within walking distance, too.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I appreciate your suggestions, although, we do have towel racks... We would love to offer a preview of the property before booking, as you asked, but we just do not have the staff for this. It isn't standard for vacation properties. The TV in the master works, but the wifi doesn't reach the second. The living room TV also works. These are brand new TV's. The connection to the soundbar (also new) was not connected, as I talked to you about. I'm sorry you were not able to connect it. All in all, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and welcome you back again.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Upscale hotel-comfort within an entire home to relax in and enjoy. This property has been completely renovated with all the nice things you may want (or have) in your own home. It's not a "make-shift" vacation rental.

Besides the nice design, the biggest thing guests enjoy about these two properties on Honey Hill is the central location convenient to restaurants and 4-10, the hidden neighborhood and spacious elegant rooms. "We love it" is what I usually hear from our guests. This is what is most important to us!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You are not alone once you book this property. We respond quickly to any questions you may have before and during your stay.

Recent guest's review, "Our stay at the Honey Hill house in San Antonio was terrific! This bright, beautifully appointed, little house had all the amenities we could want for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and practically walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Plus, it was only 7-9 miles from all the major attractions we wanted to visit which made commuting a snap (except for rush hour!) Sure beats all those cramped hotel rooms! Staying in this lovely little "home" made our San Antonio "Girls Getaway" vacation a wonderful experience!"
