Welcome to Osprey—a beautiful studio in the heart of Old Town Key West! Perfectly located at the Colony on Olivia Street, just two blocks from famous Duval Street, this ground-floor studio suite is equipped to make your stay in the islands comfortable and convenient. Osprey is both removed from and integrated into Old Town Key West. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to any bar, restaurant, shop, or gallery. This is a non-smoking unit designed to accommodate two people.

This charming suite is comfortably furnished with a Queen bed, comfortable couch, flat-screen TV, and tropical artwork. An open floor plan creates a breezy atmosphere and the kitchenette features a coffee maker, microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and the accessories to allow for small meal preparation if you aren't up for going out. A spacious bathroom with standing shower and full-length mirror completes this wonderful accommodation. The french doors lead out to an inviting deck close to the shared pool.

Key west again

The condo was very nice. The photos didn’t lie. When I asked Rent KW about what type of appliances where in the condo they couldn’t answer me. Also the communication at check in was awful. The Rent KW agenthad no patience with my question about the code to get in the door. She told me to read my email and hung up. I didn’t get an email. When I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer. My wife had to call on her phone so they wouldn’t recognize the number.

Pro: centralized location. Condo had all essential items. Cons: needs better window coverings. Outside lights shine into unit. Sheets had dog hair on them and floors were dirty.

A true Key West Oasis

We loved our stay here. It was calm and quiet--such a nice place to lounge and enjoy a morning coffee when you're not hanging out on Duval or exploring the island! We loved it!

Quiet and serene!

Very nice, quiet and close to Duval, Mallory Square. We walked the first day and then went everywhere by bike. Easy parking at the site for cares and bikes! Would definitely stay there again!

2 blocks from Duval

Excellent location. Unit exactly as shown only a plus was a closet and nicely contemporary yet efficient bathroom. 11 units and 4 parking spaces. We were fortunate enough to get 1 space and then were reluctant to move it. We did twice and still got the same space! Literally 4 steps from an almost private heated pool. beautifully decorated. Good spot for quiet adults.

Great place for a couple. Studio was spacious, comfortable & clean. Having the pool right outside our door was a plus! Easy walking distance to Duval Street & all the restaurants. Short bike ride to the beach. I highly recommend this place if you are going to Key West!

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect spot for our last minute weekend getaway for our anniversary. This bungalow was just as advertised, pictures spot on. Clean, light filled and well appointed for quick meals. It was really a perfect location for us—close enough and separate from busy areas and in a great historic neighborhood. All pluses for us. Everything is very well maintained, and the pool was perfect for morning, afternoon and evening dips between outings. Small deck great for breakfast and cocktails in the evening. Five stars all round! Thanks for a great experience!

The Osprey cottage and the whole small complex is absolutely wonderful - will return!

Outstanding experience and exactly as represented. Shared pool is a wonderful respite between excursions. Walk to almost anywhere without having to be in the action 24/7. Just wonderful

Great location!

Centrally located, everything is within a half mile, easy walking. The room and pool are exactly like the pictures, very comfortable, and well enjoyed! Can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the location, it was very close to Duval. The property was nice. I felt it was lacking in counter space being female with lots of lotions and face stuff. I also could have used a second mirror in the place; the one in the bathroom wasn't always available for me to use. I would recommend adding a mirror next to the closet and maybe some other little counter space to put things. We used the coffee bar, but it was a bit small for everything. I would also recommend adding a surge protector to the plug next to the sofa. I plugged my computer into the outlet and it fried my computer. Old wiring, so dips and spikes are obviously common. The GFCI plug next to the kitchen sink also tripped when having a computer plugged in. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, the island is super walkable but the place was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Only problem we had was the place was to come with parking and one night/day we had to find parking(which is a nightmare) because the four spots were already taken. Otherwise great place.

It was in a great location. The pool was clean and convenient, just steps from the front door. The bed was really comfortable. There was plenty of towels and beach towels. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall property/enclave was pleasing. Particular unit needed maintenance that appears to have put on the back burner for a long time and impacted our enjoyment, but safety in the bathroom. Aesthetics/door blinds broken and missing slats, etc.

Key West

When you pull up in front of the location you find a building that is torn up - warning tapes and all. But when we went into our designated unit it was fine. Clean, but small. Pool was not heated - they said heater was broken. Close to Duval, which was great! Folks were very pleasant at the location.
