Ce bâtiment vient d'être achevé en juin 2019. Il y a trois unités dans le bâtiment, et celui-ci est de 1200 pieds carrés de pur luxe pour se détendre. Il a une ambiance industrielle avec des sols en béton, cuisine et salle de bains en carrelage noir et une vue sur la montagne de surveillance et le choo choo de Chattanooga. Superbe cachette spacieuse, lumineuse et au design dirigé. Nouveaux meubles. Internet haut débit et smart TV. Confidentialité à gogo, parking gratuit, emplacement central et promenade partout.

We loved the condo, so modern with all the amenities. The location was about a mile walk to the river but Chattanooga is very walkable. There were great restaurants close by. Nancy and Jackie were great hosts. Would stay again!!

Great 3 nights in Chattanooga! This listing was perfect for us.. great space, everything we needed to get started was there, parking a non-issue, clean and comfortable. The location was close to lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and most everything else a short drive. Great stay.. would def stay again next time we’re in the area. Thanks Nancy!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Perfect location. You are in walking distance to several restaurants. We were there for our granddaughter’s graduation and it is very close to UTC which was very convenient. Nancy was so kind to answer all the questions I had and one of the best host we’ve encountered.

The property was clean and very convenient for accessing downtown Chattanooga. I was in town for a running event and the start/finish was right down the street. It was super easy to get to numerous restaurants. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions.

This was one of the best apartments I've stayed at. The apartment itself was beautifully constructed. It was incredibly clean. The hosts were amazing and were extremely attentive. The location was walk-able to many restaurants and the stadium. If I ever overnight in Chattanooga again, I would only reserve it with Nancy.

Wonder condo!

We enjoyed our girls trip to Chattanooga! Love the condo so much we did takeout one night and stayed I the condo. It was so beautiful and comfy!

We were bringing my mom to see her granddaughter who goes to school at UTC. My mom’s 87 walking is a challenge but it all worked out! Nancy and Jacky were amazing hosts. The place was beautifully decorated and we can tell how much it is loved. Great short walks to Stir and Honey Seed (fabulous happy hour and their grits are to die for)! Highly recommend this vacay rental!

Great place to stay!

4 adults spent 3 nights here , enjoying Chattanooga and the surrounding area. This VRBO was clean, spacious , nicely decorated, and stocked with the essentials . We were on the outskirts of the downtown area but well within walking distance to many restaurants .the property is near an ambulance station so there was the occasional siren starting up suddenly at night . We would definitely stay here again !

Great time, great location!

We thought this ' Suite' was amazing. Everything new, modern, trendy, clean. Easy to find, access, etc. If you cannot do stairs for any reason, you take couple flights up. Everything you need is there. It was myself, good friend from my hometown, her 13 yr old and my 3 and 9 yr old granddaughters. We went to the River, Rock City, The Aquarium and a train ride. When asked their favorites. Two older said 'Rock City's, the 3 yr old said 'our house's talking about Nancy's rental. Thanks Nancy. .

Great visit to Chattanooga

Beautiful property with all the amenities you could possibly need. Great for walking into town, visiting shops, or dining out. Owner was very accessible and easy to work with. Make sure you book Chattanooga attractions in advance as many book up!

This is our dream property. Finished in June 2019.
We wanted a cool, industrial look where we could be protected and still be in an urban environment. We live on the third floor so we are close by in case you need help with anything.
