DÉTAILS: Profitez de vos vacances à la plage en famille lorsque vous séjournez au 1640 E County Highway 30A, unité 101. Ce condo de plage de 2 chambres est niché sur le côté sud de 30A dans le quartier du Golfe de WaterColor. Sirotez votre café du matin sur l'un des deux porches unités tout en profitant du temps de la Floride. Les clients apprécieront ces unités à proximité du WaterColor Beach Club, du golfe du Mexique et des nombreux magasins et boutiques situés dans la communauté. Vérifiez la disponibilité et réservez dès aujourd'hui!

Veuillez noter: Depuis le 15 mars 2014, la location de voiturettes de golf dans WaterColor doit être effectuée par The Electric Cart Company et sera limitée à 30 véhicules à travers la communauté à tout moment. Un seul chariot peut être loué par maison et les locations seront accordées sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi

** Mise à jour de la construction du Beach Club: Nous sommes ravis d'annoncer que le Beach Club dans WaterColor est maintenant ouvert à la fin de la phase 1! La piscine principale et le pont supérieur ont été entièrement rénovés, et le pont de la piscine principale et le bar Rita offrent désormais des coins salon et salon supplémentaires. Bien que limité, des plats à emporter sont également disponibles. La phase 2 devrait être terminée plus tard cet automne et comprendra deux pools supplémentaires. D'ici là, cependant, le Beach Club sera fermé le lundi pour permettre à la construction de se poursuivre en toute sécurité et sans obstacle.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was well-kept and clean. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. We really enjoyed the area and found this home was well-worth the money! Access to the Beach Club and beach was incredibly convenient for us, and would absolutely stay here again. My only comment on improvement is changing “Views of Western Lake” in the title as it is a little misleading. The description regarding “wooded views” is more accurate, though you are literally right on 30A so expect traffic noise during all hours. This still would not change my high rating though, as that was tolerable to be right where we were. Also, host communication with 360 Blue is A!!

Fantastic Stay!

From start to finish our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The property was absolutely lovely and in the perfect location, near restaurants, Shops, pool and the beach. The App made navigating the check in/ out process effortless, and with perks like bikes and a surprise welcome box, we instantly felt right at home. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great family vacation!

Perfect spot!

Brought our 3 boys here for Spring Break and Watercolor is our new favorite place on 30A! Walking distance from condo to beach club was ideal. Quiet enough at night but easy to walk to Seaside for live music, food, and drinks! We would definitely stay at Fins Up again!

Best location

My husband and I spent 4 nights celebrating our 25th anniversary. We’ve been to Watercolor many times, but only the second time by ourselves. The location was perfect. We arrived and only moved our car once. Every thing we did was within walking distance. We walked to seaside almost every day and enjoyed the very short walk to the Beach club and the beach.

Perfect Location

We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. We are already planning another trip back.The location was perfect and convenient enough to walk everywhere. It was clean and the pictures were an accurate representation. The only suggestion I have is that it might be time for a new mattress in the master bedroom. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in watercolor my teenage daughters utilize the bikes to get seaside everyday very convenient to everything! We were missing a couple things like extra towels and broom and dust pan but contacted 360 and within a couple hours we had it! Everyone was polite and very helpful and we were appreciative of their promptness and service. Very please with 360 blue! Thanks!!

Absolutely loved this place. Great experience. We arrived before check in - but was able to get a parking pass and beach club passes from the wonderful receptionist at the office across the street. Made lots of memories on this trip! Thank you 360 Blue!

June 2019 Stay

We had a group of two 12 year olds, a 17 year old, an 18 year old, and two adults on a family vacation. We thought the location and quality of the condo was very good and loved riding bikes and running around the area for exercise. The food options were plentiful for our 5 night stay. My only disappointment was a lack of useful cooking utensils in the unit (for example the skillet was tiny) and major seaweed in the ocean during our stay. All in all we had a wonderful time and felt that as for family vacations (which we do a couple of times per year), this was the most "relaxed" I recall ever being.

May 2019 Stay

The condo location was perfect but the condo pre-arrival cleaning staff could use some improvement. When we arrived, the refrigerator was not turned on. We turned it on, put our food in, but then it reset itself to "OFF" a couple of hours later. (Why was it off to begin with?) The kitchen floor was sticky and there was a sham with vomit on it in one of the bedrooms. I will give kudos to the maintenance team, as they came right away to take care of these oversights. I would stay at these condos again, but next time will request to ensure that the place is totally clean before we arrive. Watercolor is a fabulous family community and we loved the beaches, restaurants, activities, and the feeling of safety for our kids while we were there!
