Super cool 4 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain maison à 3 pâtés de maisons d'une grande plage familiale et certains des meilleurs surf sur la côte est de Ditch Plains - 8 personnes confortablement. Marchez ou roulez à vélo, sans tracas avec des permis de plage ou des voitures. Idéal pour les enfants car il y en a beaucoup dans la région et ils peuvent marcher jusqu'à la plage par eux-mêmes. Profitez des couchers de soleil du soir ou des feux de joie sur la plage à quelques pas de votre maison. Cette maison dispose d'une spacieuse salle de bain spa, avec jacuzzi et puits de lumière avec une terrasse hors du maître. Grand plan d'étage ouvert au deuxième étage avec salon et salle à manger avec vue sur l'océan lointain, cuisine du chef et terrasse extérieure (8 places assises) avec barbecue à gaz Weber. We had a great weekend in Ditch Plains! House was exactly how it was described, close to beach, quick drive to town and all it offers and a great place to hang out. Perfect for what we wanted. Communication with the host was easy, he always got back to me right away if I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Ditch Plains Beach house was a dream! Close walk to best beaches (we surfed every day) and short driving distance to town. House was very clean and well appointed upon arrival with very comfortable rooms and beds. Pleasant and private outdoor dining with surrounding sounds of the close by ocean. The host was friendly and professional, everything straight forward and easy with check-in/check out! We will definitely want to stay again, highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing beach town experience!!

We had a fantastic stay here! The vibe of the home and the location are absolutely perfect, especially if you are a beach lover and surfer like we are. We will definitely book again for future Montauk visits.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and contained everything we needed for an amazing vacation in ditch plains. Chris (the owner) was a pleasure and was in constant communication with us to ensure that our stay was a success. I look forward to coming back back again next summer!

Wonderful house - close to everything!

Can’t recommend this property enough! The house manager as well is amazing- very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. House is stocked with everything you need. Perfect spot for a family or an older group of friends who want to experience everything MTK has to offer! 10/10 - would rent again in a heartbeat

Slice of Heaven

You will not be disappointed - this home is so lovely! Beautiful decor, super clean, all the amenities especially a very nice grill and everything is easy to use. The property manager replies immediately to all messages. The location is relaxing, pretty, short walk to beach. Everything was perfect!

A charming Montauk place

The stay was wonderful at Ditch Plains Beach, we arrived and the house was clean and accurately depicted. It ended up being nicer than expected. Loved the location, as it is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

Family Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend - the kitchen is very well equipped for the preparation of the family dinner. The terrace is a wonderful place to stay, overlooking the area and very private. Michael was very responsive to all of our requests.

Ditch Plains Beach House

Beautiful home and convenient 10 minute walk to the beach. Backyard was beautiful. Deer visited the backyard almost every day. The only change I would recommend is to switch out the current sofa for a more comfortable sectional.

Would Stay again!

Overall location & home is absolutely amazing! The host was extremely accommodating and easy to contact with any issues we had. He even compensated us with a later check out (which is not very common from my previous experiences). The house had all beach needs besides a cooler and has a range of bikes you can use for all ages and sizes. Great kitchen filled with most cooking equipment you would need and internet worked great. Would recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Incredible Thanksgiving at this house

My family and I had the most wonderful thanksgiving vacation at this perfect home in ditch plains! Chris, the host, was very attentive, easy to contact and responsive, and so kind to us. The house was beautiful, big, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms (HEATED FLOORS!), comfy beds, large kitchen (great for cooking thanksgiving!), and living space. Beautiful large deck and backyard! I can't say enough, this house added to our magical thanksgiving and I am so thankful I found this house. Did I mention a short, lovely walk to ditch plains beach and you could see the ocean from our deck! Thank you to this house and Chris for a fantastic stay, -Emily

The perfect beach house

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is spacious, clean, light and airy and is just a few blocks walk from a beautiful ocean beach. On the upper floor there is a well equipped kitchen with skylights and open plan dining and living room area with a fireplace. Also a wonderful deck from which we could hear - though not quite see- the surf. It was too cold for us to eat out there but we did bundle up and sit out in the sun. On the lower floor there are four bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the master bathroom was the best bathroom we have ever seen! Heated floors, a great shower and a large soaking tub from which you can gaze up through two large skylights. We definitely hope to return!
