Bienvenue au paradis dans la belle et amusante Ăźle de Punta Gorda. DĂ©tendez-vous autour de la nouvelle piscine d'eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e avec une vĂ©randa spacieuse qui vient d'ĂȘtre terminĂ©e. Regardez les bateaux passer Ă  l'un des meilleurs emplacements de canaux qui se croisent. Apportez votre bateau si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez et faites une croisiĂšre de 5 minutes au port. La pĂȘche est excellente sur votre quai arriĂšre, alors attendez-vous Ă  voir du snook, du tarpon, des mulets et du poisson tambour.
La maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et la nouvelle piscine d'eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e est prĂȘte pour votre plaisir. Il y a 3 chambres, un roi maĂźtre, 1 chambre queen et une chambre avec 2 lits queen. Chaque chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec de plus grands Ă©crans plats dans le salon et la salle Ă  manger / cuisine. Le WIFI haut dĂ©bit vous permet de connecter vos appareils Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ou autour de la piscine.
L'ßle de Punta Gorda est une grande communauté de cyclistes, alors montez sur l'un des vélos dans le garage et descendez vers Fishermans Village ou dans la ville historique de Punta Gorda. Busy Street

Loved the property, but found the street to be excessively busy. I would mention, the pool was lovely along with the bird cage coverage. But the pool should have a handrail to enter for a safety measure, it seems to be a necessity. My contact with Joe was always answered right away to answer any questions. We had a very pleasant stay.

Awesome experience!

We rented for four weeks and it was a wonderful stay! Joe was so easy to work with. He responds quickly and truly just wanted to make our stay special and without any issues. The house is filled with everything necessary to seem like home. The highlight is the beautiful salt water, heated pool with the caged lanai, overlooking an incredible channel. We brought our pontoon with us and Joe accommodated us so that we could put our boat on his dock for the month. The home is a great location! We highly recommend this home
we loved it so much, we will be coming back in 2025!

Lovely View

Wonderful Canal View, Very Cozy, & Comfortable Beds. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs & utensils. Host Joe was very nice, helpful & easy to communicate with. Quick to respond to correspondence or whatever was needed. Our only challenge was getting used to traffic noise as it’s located on a busy street.

Slice of paradise

From our check-in to our stay. The process was seamless. The location is close to everything. My husband was on dock each morning and night catching tons fish. Enjoyed watching the manatees. Great stay in Punta Gorda

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very nicely laid out to focus on the pool and the broad canal beyond. The pool deck is very large - essentially where we spent our time. The house is nicely furnished and decorated, has plenty of towels for pool and beach, the kitchen is fully equipped. There was little noise from the street. Punta Gorda offers a variety of nice restaurants; we were there during low season so crowds were not an issue. Grocery stores (Publix), drug stores, Starbucks, bait stores - all the essentials, are easily accessible. The owner, Joe, was engaged with us before our stay, during and after; he is very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

I didn't want to leave

Our stay was wonderful. The canal outside was amazing with dolphins sightings each day, pods of stingrays swimming by, and boaters. The home was well equipped and comfortable. The pool was awesome, the kids didn't want to leave! Great location

Perfect house for us

Great house, nice area on water with salt water pool. Close to everything you need. You can ride bikes all over or walk to the parks. Very relaxing. Lots of fish jumping. Fun watching fishermen. Thank Joe for your hospitality. We will be back.

A slice of heaven in Punta Gorda!

We had a wonderful month in this gorgeous home! The views from the house and lanai of the canal were so relaxing. We swam daily in the salt water pool and enjoyed walking, cycling, and some of the great eateries that Punta Gorda offers. We watched manatees and dolphins cruising the canal! Joe was great to work with and made staying in this well equipped home a great experience. We will be returning and look forward to exploring more of the area while feeling right at home! Overall awesome!

Great home in Punta Gorda

Joe, the owner, was easy to contact via vrbo, email, or text. Check-in was easy. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful lanai views and we ate many meals outside in the covered and caged in lanai area adjacent to the pool. Plenty of seating areas. Pool heater was very simple to use. Xfinity wifi and cable boxes were easy to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Overall the place was very clean. There is even a small nature park less than a block away that we walked to many nights to enjoy the outdoors. Joe even thought ahead to leave a garage door opener so that we didn't have to park the car outside. We had a wonderful stay - great home and owner!

Beautiful home with beautiful view

We just returned from two great weeks and had a wonderful time. Unfortunately we had a family emergency during our stay and Joe was wonderful in helping us get the help we needed. The view from every window is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed walking and riding bikes around the neighborhood. My son caught a huge fish right off the dock in the back yard. It is in a nice central location to get to beaches or to spend time exploring the quaintness of Punta Gorda.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! From the minute you go inside, a bottle of wine and personal card, everything you need is there! Beach chairs, bikes, fishing poles, gas grill that works, beach towels, all the kitchen appliances you may need, filter water in bar area, great TVs in each room with cable and great heated pool! Joe was an amazing host! You will not regret spending time in this wonderful home.
