Check-in was seamless. Owners were responsive and answered questions. Location was perfect—between Harbor Springs and Petoskey right on Round Lake. Unit was clean but smelled musty and was a bit damp.

Quiet and Pretty location

We’ve stayed here twice and really enjoy it! Condo is in a quiet and semi private location. Owner is communicative. It is close to the park and a quick drive into downtown. The living room is really comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. We would stay again.

Such an amazing location! We have 3 littles (ages 2, 4, and 7). This was our first vacation as a family of 5, and we were super nervous of logistics —especially on a beach trip that requires so much stuff. The location of the property made it effortless—you are so close to the beach that it took 5 minutes for us to get everyone out the door, and then one of us could walk back and forth as needed for the rest of the gear. Not only this, but the lake is gorgeous, warm, and shallow! I felt so safe with my kids in it. The location is amazing—10 minutes from downtown, maybe 3 minutes from the “big beach” (as my kids call it) at Petoskey State Park. Paul was super responsive and communicative throughout. Honestly it was an amazing trip and we are trying to figure out how to book for next year. It gave us so much confidence that we can travel in this era with young kids that is so challenging. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing

Great place, right on the water with a little beach. Nice rooms each with there own bathroom. Really close to all the places we needed to go to for the wedding we were in town for. Also 4 mins from a state park where we went swimming in Michigan great lake...thanks again

Very musty smelling. That is my first impression. It was very clean. Updated furniture. Beds aren't to comfy. Has all you need in the kitchen, except spices. I slept in the basement level, there was a lot of noise that kept me awake some nights. Couldn't figure that out. Beautiful lake, just like the pictures. Walking distance to stores. Close to state park and down town. Would not stay again. Can't stand the damp, musty smell.

Right on the lake, plenty of room for a family. We really enjoyed access to pool as well! Close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs.

Our family had an excellent stay at the condo. The location was perfect. The condo itself was beautiful and exactly as described. Kids loved playing in the lake. Communication with Paul was effortless. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Great Ski trip condo

Perfect for our family

The second year in a row we had a wonderful time at this condo. We had an issue when we first arrived but Paul took care of it immediately. He was great to work with and the place is great for the six of us. Beautiful lake views, pool and hot tub after skiing was perfect.

BEAUTIFUL property! Great space for multiple families or friends to have own sleeping space. Nice living and kitchen space. The grounds were well kept with ponds with water fountains. It was very relaxing to wake up to sunrise across the water.

Round Lake

We were in Petoskey for a wedding. Enjoyed the beautiful views in the condo.I’d Round Lake!! Enjoyed playing pickle ball there and enjoyed downtown Petoskey before our wedding.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside condo. Beautiful views of Round Lake from every room. The condo was very clean and well equipped for our family of 5. Everything we needed and directly across from Little Traverse Bay. Only issue is the master bedroom box spring, the mattress is comfy but the box spring is very old.

We had a great time with our family. The location was perfect in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and across from Petoskey State Park
 The pool and hot tub was perfect on that one rainy day. Overall it was a great trip. The condos location was right on little round Lake the view was absolutely beautiful
 The only negative what’s the beds 
needs a little updating and new mattresses every room.. faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Other than than that it worked perfectly for our family

Comfortable and good location

Exceeded expectations. Great location and nice views of Round Lake. Well appointed, very clean and well supplied with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. One thing that would have made our stay even nicer is if some inflatable rafts or other water and sand toys were provided for the kids. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
