La plus haute résidence des Grampians, Adair est un homestead historique de 4 chambres datant des années 1930. La propriété remonte au parc national des Grampians et offre une vue imprenable sur les vérandas spacieuses. Cette propriété historique vient avec votre propre 25 acres abondant avec des kangourous, des émeus, des cerfs et des oiseaux.

Adair dispose de chemins de fer confortables et de la climatisation pour un confort tout au long de l'année. La maison est alimentée par un printemps naturel qui fait une grande tasse de thé ou de café.

Adair offre le meilleur des deux mondes: le bushwalking et l'escalade commencent Ă  la porte arriĂšre; ou vous pourriez ĂȘtre intĂ©ressĂ© par tout ce que le district a Ă  offrir, y compris: le zoo Halls Gap, les Ă©tablissements vinicoles locaux, les produits locaux, les restaurants et les studios d'artistes.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Adair. My husband was able to work from the property because the wi-fi is excellent. My kids and I loved walking around the property, sitting in the window seats, reading by the fire and having afternoon tea on the verandah. The hosts were thoughtful and generous in making sure we had a comfortable stay.

Perfect location and homestead for our Family reunion of 8 adults. Hard to beat in terms of comfort, ambience, authenticity. Peaceful setting with wildlife everywhere.Will be back.

Quality Family Time.

This homestead is very comfortable and has everything that is needed. Views from the veranda are beautiful for sunrise and sunset, and a great viewing platform for incoming storms. This was our 2nd family stay. Grandchildren love the animals and walks. You really don’t need to leave the property. The house is very peaceful and tranquil, yet close to Halls Gap if needed

Outstanding Getaway

Adair is everything you could ask for in a big country homestead. Sleeps up to 10 people, had a really well equipped kitchen with everything you could ask for to cook family meals. The big wide wraparound verandah allows for a place to sit and take in the spectacular views. The owners are excellent communicators and very friendly. We will definitely stay at Adair again.

Steeped in character and charm

We loved staying at Adair. The old world feel and natural beauty combined to create the perfect atmosphere. The verandah was a delightful place to work, play and eat, and the bedrooms were spacious and carefully decorated. We will be back.

Amazing Homestead and Location

This was our second time staying at Adair Historic Homestead and we loved it just as much as the first time. Location was great, house was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Gorgeous views all around, it was lovely having a coffee on the porch in the morning watching the sunrise and the animals (kangaroos, emus and deer) grazing! The hosts Catherine and Mike were great. We had to contact them during our stay and they responded very quickly and were very easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying again and recommend it to others.

This premises is INCREDIBLE in every way, shape & form!! We absolutely loved every minute of our time! Waking up to Kangaroos, Emus, Dear & rabbits just roaming the property was just amazing! Amazing

Adair was the perfect house for our two young families, great layout, plenty of space and was cosy and warm with the fires going. The location on the edge of the grampians was amazing, a fantastic view from the verandah and with no neighbours in sight, yet not far from some great attractions. We loved being surrounded by kangaroos, emus, deer, eagles and other birdlife.

Very lovely property. Comfortable and roomy for our family. Was cold and heaters in all rooms would have been welcome. Fire in kitchen very effective. A new cooker is definitely warranted. We enjoyed the grounds and wildlife.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adair. The bedrooms were spacious and warm ( with help from the heaters and electric blankets ) and the beds were comfortable. Once we had got the fire in the kitchen going, we more or less lived there - it was so blissfully warm. The view and surroundings were amazing, and being able to hop the fence and walk in the Grampians NP was an added bonus. There is so much to do in the area a three night stay was never going to be enough, so hopefully we will be able to return some day soon.

Excellent Weekend Stay

We loved the property. Its location is amazing with stunning views and wildlife all round. The period features of the property were appreciated and the layout is ideal for multiple groups meeting up and staying together. The property is supplied with everything you need in the kitchen (coffee machine with ground coffee provided!) and fireplaces have little kits with them for easy lighting and ample wood. There are games and books to keep any ages entertained if the weather isn’t great. Communication was great and whilst visiting Pomonal after the recent bush fire was humbling and sad, Adair stands proudly untouched. Lots to do locally and this will suffice short or long stays.
