We have carefully reviewed the issues you raised with housekeeping and are taking the necessary steps to ensure that our standards are being met. While we do our best to inspect all items in the kitchen regularly, we understand that we may miss some things from time to time. Regarding the cleaning fee, please note that it is reflective of the size and amenities of our property, which includes a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with two lounge rooms and three decks. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with fresh linen, towels, and pool towels, and these are included in your stay. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a more enjoyable experience.
