Quiet, and easy access to the beach family of 5 super comfortable. Dogs not allowed on the beach but he was able to have walks and swim early morning

Great space great location

My family really enjoyed staying here. The top open floor was great for hanging out and we were just around the corner from the beach access path.

Great Experince

We really enjoyed the property! The arrangement of the rooms worked well for our family and it was a short and easy walk to the beach. Labeling of the many light switches was terrific! We also really enjoyed the gourmet kitchen. The host responded very promptly to help us with a minor issue that came up. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great beach house for large group

Comfortably sleeps 6 with two pull out couches for more. Huge living/kitchen area. Excellent location - 2 minutes to beach/5 minutes to John’s pass (both by foot). Would stay there again.

Nice place, great location!

Very cool home just steps from the beach! My family & I enjoyed the home thoroughly. It is just as described on the VRBO website, so no surprises having the main living room on the top floor. Communication with the owner was great. Received timely responses to any message I sent. I would definitely consider renting this home again. Thank you so much for hosting our family!

Amazing home!

Stayed for long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and this house made it that much more memorable! It’s a funky layout with 3 floors, great views of the ocean, comfortable sleeping areas, and awesome main living room for entertaining. Would highly recommend this home.

Needs updating

Pros: Location is great. Short walk to beach and John Pass. Cleanliness great, Plenty of indoor area for gatherings, HVAC worked well on all floors. If you want to cook, you will love the kitchen Cons: If you need dark rooms to sleep-this is not the venue for you. For $1000/night we would expect bath towels that match, Overhead shower in MB are clogged. The MB mattress was subpar. We went to target to purchase a mattress topper. There were many condiments in the fridge, but some were expired.

Spacious house steps from the beach and John’s Pass

Renting here was a dream! I had a group of 7 and we all comfortably fit in this house. We could see the ocean, 50 feet from a beach entrance, 10 minute walk to John’s pass and a 5 minute walk to a 7-11. The upstairs is a large space to hang out and cook, 3rd floor master has an amazing bathroom and a ton of space (all open so no privacy there), 2nd floor has pretty much 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms, and garage has everything you needed for the beach. The elevator worked great and was much needed! AC worked wonderfully and the sound system and kitchen appliances were a huge plus. Communication with Scott was wonderful. We had so much fun and would definitely rent here again!

Great location, but not clean

The location of the house was great. But for such a big house and the price paid for it, the cleanliness level was way below acceptable. There were hair clumps in shower, sugar ants in kitchen, food in kitchen utensils, to name a few examples. The door in the living room wouldn’t shut properly. When we arrived there was hardly any instructions. WiFi didn’t work, and we had a hard time locating linens for pull out couches.

Terrible Experience

The property was just overall “dirty”. We showed up at about 8:00pm walked around looking at the dust, dirt, food traces on counters, garbage in trash can, dirty wash cloth hanging over faucet, and dirty refrigerator, stains on floor, and everywhere (floors are raw concrete) and decided I couldn’t put my family in this place. We left and found a hotel. There was no “cleaning it up”. Neighborhood was “just okay”. The pictures on the listing are very misleading. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties over the last 20 years, this is the first time we have had a bad experience.

A Very Fun Place w/ Beach View and Plenty to Do

We really liked the uniqueness of the property. It was interesting to live in a more modern nontraditional open space for a short time. Everyone enjoyed taking a turn in the open multipoint shower. The piano was a highlight with several family members trained to play. Loved the gas Wolf oven and range. The property is equipped very well. It was nice to be able to be able to step away to quiet areas, if necessary, when staying with a big family.

Awesome House

We leased the entire home for family to stay and celebrate daughters graduation from USF. The house was everything we hoped it would be and more. Scott is a great host. We visit St. Pete often and already talking about coming back to this house.

Great beach retreat

House was as advertised, great location and pet friendly. Steps from beach access and Johns Pass entertainment. Host was super responsive the before, during and after the stay. The 4th floor living / kitchen space was great, wish we didn't have to leave!

Perfect destination

This property was amazing! We got married on Madeira Beach and selected this property for its proximity to the wedding and reception venues. The master bathroom of this property also made the perfect location for the bridal party to get ready the day of the wedding! Huge plus: You can literally walk EVERYWHERE! The beach, johns pass, so many yummy restaurants, shops, bars, etc! I would highly recommend staying at this property. We hope to see you back next year for our one year anniversary 😊

We had a great vacation at this property

The location was great for beach access and John's pass. We enjoyed our stay. We rented the whole house and although the 3rd floor is interesting we made it work. The living space on the 4th floor was amazing and we enjoyed cooking our meals and hanging out up there with everyone in our group!

Great for multiple families

The home was clean and beautiful. The set up was perfect for a group to go together because everyone could have their own privacy of a level but also be able to gather on the top floor. It was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We had to get ahold of Scott during and he was extremely pleasant and friendly.
