"Serenity By The Sea" est une maison de ville de 3 étages qui vous coupera le souffle. Les chambres sont situées aux deux niveaux supérieurs et chaque niveau a son propre loft. Le 3ème étage a une table de baby-foot et une salle multimédia pour toute la famille ou un groupe d'amis.

Le premier niveau comprend une charmante cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires personnalisées et une cuisinière à gaz. Une grande salle à manger et un salon spacieux s'ouvrent sur votre véranda arrière-cour. Vous y trouverez une piscine étincelante, une aire de pique-nique avec un barbecue, un hamac, des chaises confortables pour se détendre et, bien sûr, la belle plage de sable blanc!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and continue to come back because we really love it. The location on this particular stretch of beach is wonderful, and the property is always exceptionally clean and well maintained. The town itself has such a fun, retro Florida feel, which is part of what keeps bringing us back. Great for younger kids as the waters are pretty calm. Occasionally you can see dolphins right there where you're swimming to the enjoyment of everyone on the beach. Gravy retirement style community so not really a party town which was what we wanted.The one improvement we’d really appreciate is having fans available for guests, especially in the third-floor bedrooms. Those rooms get a lot of sun during the day and can become very warm and stuffy at night, even with the air conditioning. A simple portable or standing fan in each bedroom would make a huge difference for airflow and sleeping comfort. A lot of times we had to migrate down to the couches to feel cooler at night. Overall, we had another great stay and look forward to our next visit!

The stay here was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and updated and maintained well . My family and I felt very comfortable staying there and definitely a very safe atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable and lots of linens, all the comforts of home. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants to have a great family vacation. Hopefully my family and I will be able to return next year for a wonderful vacation. One last thing the beach is beautiful and very well maintained , they groom the beach every day. Thanks again !!

Loved the location and house. We did have some mechanical issues the second floor bathroom which was the nicest had a leak in plumbing for the shower so it dripped through to kitchen area. We worked with rental property management but made the bathroom unusable for our stay. We had a few other issues however the mechanic came and fixed those issues promptly.

The beach was beautiful! The house is beautiful and super clean. April at Resort Rental is AWESOME! We felt so fortunate to stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for 7 ladies for our three day Girls Getaway! The outdoor furniture is high quality and very comfortable. The beds and linens are also comfortable and beautiful! I can’t say more about how wonderful our stay was at this Gorgeous Beach House. Thank you for allowing me to give this stellar review!

Great Get Away Rental!

This was a great vacation property - it was extremely clean and very well stocked in a nice Key West/beach style right on the spacious soft sandy beach. Master bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the property and the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The dolphins made regular appearances and the sunsets were great.

Enjoyed our stay on the beach and the house accommodated our needs. The down side was that there were no Hand Rails on any of the steps going to the 2nd & 3rd floors, and garage doors didn’t work and were partially open. To say it accommodates 14 people and have minimal spaces for cars was hard. I’m sure this had something to do with the last hurricane and that they are still in the fixing stages. But would have been nice if we were told ahead of time. Once these items are fixed it will be a nice place to stay.

Great location

The location made this vacation everything we expected! We had small children and the trek to the beach and back was a delight and able to be done all day, every day! It took most of the work out of traveling to the beach with children, which is exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend!

Home was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The location was easy to find and the beach access was great. We loved not having to drive to a beach. The kids had a so much fun! We used the Baby Quip rental as suggested on the VRBO site (they were fantastic), however, most of the items we rented were already at the house, beach toys, pack n play, and safety gate. I asked about these items prior to renting and was told it’s not the host’s responsibility to provide baby items. My suggestion for improving would be, there are 3 floors and not a single handrail - not great for an older adult or young child. There were minor repairs needed like bathroom door knob pulled off each time we opened the door, all 4 toilet seats were falling off, and towel bars not attached to the walls very well. None of these items deterred us from having fun, but would have earned the rental a 5 star rating. Also the lack of basic supplies in the kitchen made it difficult to use the dishwasher the entire time we were there, needing to hand wash dishes with only a tiny bottle of dish soap after the 2 dishwasher pods were used.

Perfect Family Getaway

10/10 – Excellent

Perfect vacation in paradise!

We throughly enjoyed having the convenience of having the beach and pool in such close proximity to the beach house. My two small children would go back and forth all day pool and beach and it made it a stress free vacation, thus maximum enjoyment was achieved. Additionally being from Tampa I can attest that Sunset Beach is still a hidden gem within our Gulf beaches. Love it!
