Ce condo front de mer récemment rénové est l’une de nos locations les plus populaires. Situé juste au bord de la plage, au quatrième étage, il ne s’agit pas que d’une location de vacances à la plage. Il est spacieux et très confortable et convient parfaitement aux réunions de famille ou aux groupes. Ce condo situé au deuxième étage comprend 4 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bain. Il y a une chambre principale avec un lit king et 3 chambres d'amis. Une avec 2 lits queen, l'autre avec un roi et la troisième avec 4 lits superposés. Il y a assez de place pour 14 invités.

Amelia - Plantation rental

Great location with beautiful beach access. Short walk to the Omni. I usually try to stay in this building when I visit for Amelia Concours weekend. This stay did not disappoint. Ample space and amenities. The couches are a bit beaten and could use a replacement but all in all I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving getaway in Amelia. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The only suggestion I’d leave is to better stock the kitchen with pots, pans, serving bowls, casserole dishes, cooking & serving utensils and tupperware. That was quite sparce - especially when trying to serve (and store) Thanksgiving dinner. Overall- the experience was great:)

Excellent last minute get away

This condo was perfect for three adult couples to get away for a few days on very short notice. We each had plenty of space and privacy. The management was responsive via text and answered all of our questions. We used the pool and the beach daily and enjoyed the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles. You do need a car to get around the island and I wish we had access to the other amenities from the Omni, but our stay was terrific overall.

Great location!

Wonderful appliances!! Had a great visit… The steps to the master downstairs are probably not ideal for Seniors…but we are in good condition fortunately! Also just a heads up the bathroom vanity sink in the right downstairs bathroom has a little leak and we don’t want your water bill to go up… Thank you for the stay!

I will NOT stay at Omni Beach Walker Villas again. I searched over 50 properties to find one that had DIRECT beach access and pool before booking this property. Of course we paid premium prices to have that proximity and amenities. All that was true BUT Not one picture showed the entire boardwalk to the beach which had MULTIPLE stair cases up and down (at least 6 sets of stairs some with 10 steps up and 10 down) from the villa unit to the beach. There was NO ramp to get our beach carts onto the beach. We had 12 guests aged 1 to 60 so imagine all the chairs, tents, coolers, baby supplies etc needed.

Nice condo for family stay

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was as described and had a lot of sleeping capacity. They also had streaming capability and cable on the tv’s and the internet was reliable. Our only complaint with the unit was how small the master bathroom was. You will have a tight squeeze and it is not a walk-in shower.

The condo was not very clean, much of furniture in need of repair. Bar stools broken, entire condo in need of painting. We had no WiFi for first 24 hours. Hair dryer didn’t work, light bulbs were burned out.

What a beautiful place. Absolutely loved the set up of the condo and the stay on the plantation. We were there for a family reunion and had 11 people staying in your condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beach was phenomenal. The pool was pleasant and not too crowded and access to the rest of the plantation was easy and convenient.Our only complaint was that check-in was supposed to be at 4 o’clock, but they didn’t really have the place ready until after five and at that point we just said forget it just let us come in with it not completely cleaned. That was a bit frustrating specially since they’ll charge you extra for checking in early, but They were late releasing the property to us. That was truly our only complaint. The communication was just excellent and I suspect the problem with the cleaning was a rarity based on just the volume of visitors so I wouldn’t let that stop you. Overall, we’ll probably stay there again if we’re in a similar reunion situation because it was such a good set up for us. Thank you very much.

Not what we expected...

The condo had all the basics and I think the description is somewhat accurate, but honestly this is pretty run down. Replacing the bar stools, throw rugs and tightening up the bunk beds would be a good start. Let renters know that the tap water is undrinkable. Check that the dishwasher is working properly as it had a burning smell at times. I should have really understood where this condo was located visa vi Fernandina and local restaurants, bars , shops etc. That was my error. Thank you however for the good communication and suggestions for activities. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and despite not loving this condo, we all had a good time.Amelia Island is a great place for families.

Disappointing Property

When we arrived we discovered that the refrigerator didn’t work properly and one of the bathtubs was clogged. We immediately reported it. It took several phone calls and finally a not so nice one before they fixed the tub. The refrigerator was never addressed. Even after many phone calls. It froze our refrigerated items and did not freeze our freezer items. We lost quite a bit of our food because of it. The oven did not work right either. It took at least an hour to get it to 300 degrees. The bathtub that was clogged also leaked. Every time it was used it flooded the bathroom. We have used VRBO at least 8 or 9 times and never had a complaint. We were very disappointed that a place with so many issues would be offered as a vacation unit.

We appreciate you taking the time to post a review. We enjoy learning about our guests' experiences during their stay! In order to address the issues presented, let's start with the fact that our office is open on Saturdays until 10 p.m., and although you reported there was a problem, it was after the office had closed for the night. The next morning, fifteen minutes after we opened, we received a message through VRBO requesting that we contact you immediately, and at that very moment, we also received a phone call from you. We only received three calls from you during your stay, and each of them was answered. Maintenance arrived at the condo on Monday morning to address the clogged drain as well as the refrigerator. Maintenance cleared out the clog of hair and sand, which is common in beach vacation rentals, and then addressed the fridge/freezer. Upon inspection, it was noted that the fridge was overloaded with groceries, causing the temperature to not read correctly. Maintenance then noticed that the temperature inside the refrigerator had been significantly reduced, which they corrected. Maintenance left, believing that all of the reported issues had been resolved. Afterwards, there was no more interaction with this guest. Following the guest check-out, maintenance returned to the fridge to find that the temperature had been reduced once more. This would have been the cause of the freezer not freezing and the refrigerator freezing. We were not informed that there was a leak or that there was anything wrong with the oven. Your feedback is completely out of character for the glowing reviews this gorgeous oceanfront property receives. Furthermore, we are confident that your reported concerns were addressed completely and in a timely manner. Thank you very much.
