Séjour à la ferme sur Rails to Trails (à 4 km du centre-ville de Margaret River)

Si vous aimez la nature, c'est une ferme à 5 minutes au sud de Margaret River, nous sommes sur les rails des sentiers, donc à 15 minutes à pied ou à 7 minutes en vélo de la ville. Kangourous, lapins, oiseaux et quelques alpagas sur la propriété. Ambiance détendue, rustique et conviviale.

La chambre est séparée de la ferme principale - matelas 3/4 avec salle de bain, propre et basique. Séjour de 3 nuits minimum.

Cette propriété est à 15 minutes en voiture de la célèbre Surfers Point, à 20 minutes de la baie Hamelin pour voir les raies pastenagues et les grottes sont à proximité. 5 min du Voyager et du domaine Leeuwin. Plage de Redgate à 10 minutes.

Pat was very helpful and offered lifts to and from town (only short distance by car) a number of times. I would recommend a car to get around Margaret River and to and from this accommodation. The room is small but the bed is comfortable. Good water pressure and shower head. Sitting on verandah and listening to the wind in the trees was nice. The room next door feels very close, the resident was lovely but I felt like we could hear each other all the time.

Simple and relaxing
I had a very relaxing 5-day stay. The accommodation is compact, basic, but comfortable. The facilities are as per the photos: bed, microwave, bar fridge, effective reverse cycle air con, bathroom, some cupboards, hooks for hanging clothes. I brought in an outside chair so I could choose to relax indoors or on the porch.

A little piece of paradise
I had a lovely stay. My room was very basic but very clean and comfortable. I didn't have a car, and I was able to get lots of walking in. Pat was amazing and very obliging, she picked me up from the bus stop and dropped me off when it was time to leave. Pat took me to the supermarket to get some supplies and offered to drop me into town if I didn't want to walk, and she kindly dropped me off down at the beach and picked me up.

Lovely stay close to town
I really enjoyed my stay on this property. You can easily walk in to the city (takes around 35 mins) and you can get around by taxi easy. Nice little cottage. I’ll be back. Thank you! Really nice host!

Top location and great accommodation
I will recommend this accommodation. It is a very nice location; close to margaret river center, shopping, nature parks and beaches. The accommodation is also in a nice area where there are plenty of hiking opportunities. The accommodation meets the requirements very well and looks really clean. Furthermore, communication with the owner is very good and she is easily accessible.

I had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was a lovely walk into town and getting to see the pastures was lovely. The owners are the cherry on top!

Not a farm stay. They are dongas. Dogs barking most of the night. Lots of noise and banging till 1.30am on the second night. The host was texted and asked to stop the dogs barking no response. My husband stayed here as he as working in the area and thought it would be nice and quiet.

A hidden gem priced right.
In a very expensive market Pats place was a hidden gem for a traveler looking to put their head down in a clean room for the night. The Margaret River area has a lot to offer and Pat’s place was priced right for a single person, with a lovely clean room and a cool deck to sit back and relax.

The room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with all the basic needs well taken care of. The balcony overlooking the trees was a lovely surprise. Pat was a welcoming and accommodating host. I’d happily stay again.

Blissful rest and recuperate
Needing time out on your own? What a perfect place to base yourself. Modern, clean donga style accommodation with a lovely addition of a wide deck and verandah. The verandah has comfy seating, a table, and other rustic furniture and decor. So nice, private and quiet. Even perfect for a couple of ladies to get away, with separate rooms and the verandah to sit and share good times.

Peace and Roos
I stayed for 11 days and it was wonderful. The area is very peaceful and the price is great for what you get. I really enjoyed the walking and biking trails! I saw lots of kangaroos, rabits, and even a fox!! It was a wonderful stay and Pat was friendly easy to communicate with!

Review for the property
Patricia is very friendly. She came to pick me up and oriented me to the property. She even gave me a tour itinerary and followed up to make sure that my travels went ok! As a lone female traveller, I felt safe with Pat. The people was also very clean. I’d highly recommend it!
