Un studio à un étage à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Le logement comprend un lit king-size, un bureau, une télévision et un minibar avec un petit réfrigérateur et un four micro-ondes. À quelques pas d'une piscine satellite et d'un bain à remous et à quelques pas de la piscine principale et de la salle de remise en forme, profitez de la vie dans le désert dans l'un des meilleurs endroits des Legacy Villas. La salle de bain studio a une vanité simple et une douche séparée et une baignoire. La chambre s'ouvre sur un patio privé sur une ceinture de verdure avec la communauté de villégiature fermée. Le stationnement est situé sur Classic Drive à moins de 30 pieds de l'unité. La villa offre une valeur exceptionnelle pour votre prochain voyage dans le désert de Californie. L'unité peut être combinée avec LV213 pour créer une unité spacieuse de 3 chambres (sous réserve de disponibilité). Le condo a une porte de verrouillage intérieure entre l'unité de 2 chambres et l'unité de studio. Il est prévu que les clients minimisent le bruit autour de la porte de 22h00 à 8h00.

La villa de vacances est située à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Legacy Villas est une communauté de 280 condominiums et maisons en rangée. La communauté est nichée dans une crique de montagne sur le côté ouest de La Quinta avec vue sur les montagnes Santa Rosa et Chocolate dans toute la propriété. Profitez de 12 piscines et bains à remous d'eau salée, d'un centre de remise en forme et d'un club-house communautaire et d'un barbecue. Legacy Villas est une communauté fermée avec sécurité habitée 24 heures. La communauté est à 5-10 minutes à pied de La Quinta Resort et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de La Quinta, du jardin de tennis d'Indian Wells, de l'Indio Polo Grounds et de nombreuses autres attractions du désert.

La Quinta abrite plus de 30 terrains de golf publics et privés. Le Humana Challenge du PGA Tour est organisé dans plusieurs des cours de la ville en janvier. Le tournoi de tennis BNP Paribas est organisé au Indian Wells Tennis Garden chaque mois de mars; à seulement 10-15 minutes en voiture de la majorité de nos propriétés dans la ville. N'oubliez pas le festival Riverside County Fair and Date en février, le festival des arts La Quinta en mars et les festivals de musique Coachella et Stagecoach en avril. La vallée de Coachella est une merveilleuse destination pour l'aventure en plein air en toutes saisons. Great Studio condo

We have stayed at a few of these in Legacy Villa and this one has a great location. Real nice outside patio by the greenbelt, very close to the main pool and to the lap pool. Definitely would recommend it!

It was a perfect four days to rest and relax. I love the variety of pools and hot tubs to choose from. It’s a 30 minute walk to old town La Quinta. Really lovely place – I especially love the hammocks!

Very nice unit. Just a studio, so not a lot to it. Bathroom nice amd shower good. Bed is very hard and not too comfy.The family staying in the other part of the unit was very loud, but i have not had that issue before.

SUMMER KICK OFF IN THE DESERT

We love the Legacy Villas! Super cute and conveniently located in darling La Quinta. We had a 15 second walk to the pool, great little patio for mornings, wifi, great parking, and a cute breakfast spot at the big pool. All we needed! Our grown kids stayed in another unit across the street! we will return, again and again!!

I have stayed in many l9ck out studios in Legacy Villas. This one was clean, quiet but pretty bare bones. Had to stand out in front for 20 minutes to reach an agent when code for entry did not work. The agent was helpful and got a new code which resolved the issue. The room was clean and everything worked, but would have liked written instructions for wifi and TV. The heating system was a mystery, either freezing or stuffy, with only one speed on the overhead fan (high) but luckily a window opened and it was fine with the cool night air coming in. So, all Ok.

Perfect little apt

We were in La Quinta for a soccer tournament and this was a perfect little apt. Clean, quiet, safe. I do have some suggestions to make the stay a little better. First- this apt is close to pools- like listed. The French doors open to a patio that opens to the main pathway, which a lot of people walk past, so not that much privacy. You can’t really open the doors and get fresh air without people crossing the path. This is ok, but we like to have fresh air and thought the little patio was more private. The hot water seemed to take a while to kick in, which is ok but seemed like we were wasting water in the dessert while waiting for the hot water. There wasn’t a full length mirror, something I feel is needed. There is a foyer that connects two apts together, which could be great if you have a bigger party. Overall the stay was great, super quiet and we were well rested - way better than the business of a hotel. Community was super cute and safe. There was sometimes a hold up at the front gate, as the delivery and cleaning trucks seemed to have long conversations with the front gate agents. Other than that pretty simple. A little confusing about the parking and A LOT of instructions that you have to dig in your phone to find…I guess we all have to rely on technology. Overall good stay and I’d stay again.

Great location in La Quinta

This studio unit is in a very nice location across from the main pool and very close to a smaller more private pool and spa area. There is a very nice patio to relax on. The abilty to take a short walk to the La Quinta resort is a very nice option to enjoy drinks and dining.

Good spot

Hard to find late arrival. Light was out on patio and smelled a bit musty. Overall, fine spot for a quick weekend getaway. Didn’t use the amenities but all close by.
