Une spacieuse bas héritage Villas Studio situé sur une ceinture de verdure calme

Un studio de bas hérités Villas avec un lit king size, mini-bar, cheminée, salle de bain complète et un patio privé fera de votre prochain séjour à La Quinta confortable et agréable. La chambre ouvre sur un patio privé sur une ceinture verte vers l'arrière de la communauté Héritage Villas. La chambre offre un espace de vie avec un placard, d'un bureau et d'une commode. Le mini-bar contient un mini-réfrigérateur, cafetière et micro-ondes. Ustensiles jetables et la vaisselle se trouvent dans une armoire au-dessus du mini-bar. La salle de bain a une douche et une baignoire séparée avec des draps adéquats pour une utilisation pendant votre séjour. Le condo est une courte marche de la plus grande piscine de satellite et un bain à remous au sein de la communauté. Le studio peut être combiné avec LV202 pour créer une villa spacieuse de trois chambres (sous réserve de disponibilité).

La villa de vacances est située à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Legacy Villas est une communauté de 280 condominiums et maisons en rangée. La communauté est nichée dans une crique de montagne sur le côté ouest de La Quinta avec une vue sur les montagnes Santa Rosa et Chocolate dans l'ensemble de la propriété. Profitez de 12 piscines d’eau salée et de bains à remous, d’un centre de remise en forme, d’un club-house communautaire et d’un barbecue. Legacy Villas est une communauté fermée avec sécurité 24h / 24. La communauté se trouve à 5-10 minutes à pied du complexe La Quinta et à quelques minutes en voiture de la vieille ville, du jardin de tennis Indian Wells, du terrain de polo Indio et de nombreuses autres attractions du désert.

La Quinta abrite plus de 30 terrains de golf publics et privés. Le Défi Humana du circuit de la PGA est organisé sur plusieurs terrains de la ville chaque mois de janvier. Le tournoi de tennis de BNP Paribas est organisé au Indian Wells Tennis Garden tous les mois de mars; seulement 10-15 minutes en voiture d'une majorité de nos propriétés dans la ville. N'oubliez pas la foire du comté de Riverside et le festival des dates en février, le festival des arts de La Quinta en mars et les festivals de musique Coachella et Stagecoach en avril. Perfectly as described and great location!

you stayed here very many times, and like always, everything was fantastic at Legacy villas. This unit is just steps away from one of the private pools and in a very quiet location. Loved it!

We did bring over a new coffeepot the same day the guest told us of the broken one. As to the fireplace we also had someone come over to turn it on for this guest. When a guest checks in we do our best to correct any problems as soon as we are notified.

Microwave did not work and was replaced within a couple of hours. The unit was clean and attractive as was the complex. Our only comment is that with 6 pools there should be at least one adult only pool for grumpy old folks. ;-)

Perfect for an additional bed

Our group had larger spaces with full kitchens which I think is necessary at legacy villas. We added this studio on at the last minute for an extra bed but used the kitchen/living spaces in larger units. It was perfect for a bed and shower close to the side pool and central to the main pool.

Overall it was great and well appointed but did have a strange smell in the room which eventually went away excep the entryway.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the room was in great condition the only complaint that we had is the water pressure for the shower was pretty much nonexistent so trying to shampoo and rinse your hair was a little bit tricky- other than that everything seems to be in working order. The TV situation and getting that to work was also a little bit confusing however we did get it to work and managed OK it was close to our event and the location was great we would stay here again if we needed to

Nice poolside Villa in La Quinta

This was a perfect place to stay for a wedding we just went to nearby. The grounds were very clean and nicely maintained, the room was nice, and easy pool access was great. Would stay again. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely spot and I hope to come back to this location again but not this unit. I did not notice the lack of real plates or silverware, a knife, a can opener, etc. It is perfect if you are just looking for a place to sleep and are gone most of the day but I would have liked a little more comfort and utensils. I have food issues and need to eat a certain way and that means I eat" in" a lot. Make my oatmeal based breakfast with lots of additions like a mashed banana. I make large salads with different chopped vegetables and protein of some kind. All harder to do with this minimalist kitchen. I ended up buying some dishes and silverware. I also borrowed a foam topper from my sister (local) since I have back and hip issues. Helped a lot. I should have paid more attention to the description and photos. All that said, it was a lovely development, very quiet and well maintained. The pools were great, lots of options, the gym worked well for me and had great hours. It is located an easy drive to almost all the spots I regularly hit on my visits. I truly am going to try to come back to this location.

Beautiful area

Condo small, needs upgrades. The tv is a tiny 30 inch. Condo lacks a barbecue grill as most of the surrounding Condo's provide. The development is gorgeous, clean safe. The pools and Jaccuzzi's are everywhere and awesome.

Great Festival Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The location is very convenient, the condo is clean and there are many pools to take your pick from. Things to note, this is a bottom floor condo so you can hear footsteps from the top floor and it is a VERY small kitchenette (no freezer) or oven. We enjoyed our stay and would definately come back :)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a little disappointed with our overall experience. Granted it was a busy concert weekend. My initial contact, the guards at the gate, was an unpleasant experience. With no hello or welcome they were immediately were barking orders, making threats about speeds over 10 miles an hour with in the community, had me put on a bracelet right there at the gate in front of them while still sitting in my car behind the wheel then told me it was over a hundred dollar money order from the bank only fee if the bracelet was lost. Also absolutely no guest allowed to include my 70 year old grandmother who was shopping with me and we just wanted to drop off our bags in our room before lunch. As far as the room itself, small hotel room style room bathroom and bed. Felt like I was in a hotel room the entire time with the exception of the front entrance. I will say the positives were a quiet relaxing gated community with nice pool areas and the booking experience was responsive and helpful. Overall for the cost, not a lot of value for the money and a lot of unpleasant experiences with the gate staff which also included long waits to get into the community due to lines of other vehicles checking in and getting their license plate registered at the gat shack in front of you. If you like strict peaceful gated communities within the almost crimeless palm Desert this is for you, otherwise your money may be better spent at an Airbnb with a private pool on one of the golf courses near by which are also gated communities. The AIr conditioner is very loud and woke me up multiple times. The bathtub was incredible. I would have liked to have a small freezer for ice for cocktails. Overall a nice stay

An Enjoyable Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay in a unit at Legacy Villas and we enjoyed it fully. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location close to a satellite pool and fountain. It was also close to the path which meanders around the resort along the mountain base. Great place for desert walks. Management was very helpful in answering questions about the TV and the fireplace was fixed promptly. The whole property is beautiful and very well maintained. There are fountains everywhere.
