Overall best value by far! Superior communication, really clean, spacious, and comfortable, the owners have thought of everything.

Excellent home in nice area.

Quite neighborhood side street. Updated interior with excellent amenities. Gas golf cart was like new, fast internet access and large flat screen TV. Close to golf and nice ride to 2 town squares. Overall great experience.

The place to stay

House is absolutely wonderful. The amenities are outstanding, from two golf carts, multiple sets of golf clubs, spices and condiments available, TV in every room, power recliners in the living room, veranda, and office area. Excellent beds and information packets supplied by the owner. Everything is top quality. The place to rent with friends or family.

Amazing vacation

We stayed for just under two weeks and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and spacious and SO very well organized.. they have truly thought of anything you would need to have on your stay. We used the golf carts multiple times for golfing and going to Spanish Springs. The owners are very kind and extremely helpful. I would very much recommend this house.. definitely feels like home.

Just the Best

This home was clean, welcoming, located in excellent spot near to many amenities. The property manager was always very helpful and took care of any issue. The owners made sure that the home is very comfortable, and included great communications to make our stay excellent! House is furnished beautifully and has every pot or pan or appliance you might need. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect homeowners!!

Ray and Louise were wonderful to work with! The house is beautiful! We were visiting family in The Villages and we were only a 5 minute golf cart away! It was so helpful to have the temporary residents pass ready for us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more! Everything was organized and ready for us.

Perfect stay

Ray and Louise spared no effort to make us as comfortable as possible. From maps to the possible usage of golf clubs and carts, this was perfect for our experience in the villages. The house was cleaner than clean and we in turn endeavored to keep it that way. They were terrific hosts thanks so much!!! Neil and Benny

Home away from home

This was by far the best stay I’ve ever had. I’m very particular about the cleanliness of where I stay. I typically will still go over most surfaces upon check in. It was completely not necessary with this property! This home was perfectly cleaned and very comfortable. Because of this I had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts and caretaker were so easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze! The house had everything we needed.I will definitely be back!! Thank you Ray and Louise!!!

Christmas in The Villages

This is the second time we stayed at this property, and it was just as spectacular as the first time! Excellent communication with the property manager and the owner makes the entire rental process easy. The house is immaculate, has everything you need, including access to the two golf carts. We would definitely rent this property again!

Felt like family - a home away from home

Pretty exterior, yard & home. Very attractive & comfortable interior, with personal charming decorations throughout. Pretty kitchen which had everything I needed. All information about the home & features was well organized.

What A House!!

The property is gorgeous. There was nothing it didn't have. We bought a property in the Villages and hope to meet Ray and Louise when they are able to return. Thank you so much for making our trip special. Also, Ilona was so sweet and helpful.

Worth 10 Stars

If I could give this home 10 stars I would. This is the best home we have ever stayed in. Coming in the door you felt "at home" immediately. The walk-in shower was great. The king bed in the master was perfect for a great night's sleep. Anything you needed was already in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The property manager was always just a phone call away when we needed help because our settlement date was changed on very short notice. Great place to rest yourself after a busy day.

Great property and location

This is a beautiful well maintained home in a great location. The home came with 2 golf carts, golf clubs and resident passes. It was very comfortable and clean. The location is close to golf, pools, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay to explore The Villages.
