Le Blue Heron Beach Resort est un Lakefront Resort à moins d'un mile de l'entrée de Walt Disney World Resort, à proximité de toutes les attractions (Downtown Disney, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Epcot Center ) et Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure et Sea World et à seulement quelques minutes de l'accès à I-4. navette gratuite pour parcs à thème Disney.

Situé sur un lac de 400 acres, avec location de motomarines arrangements disponibles. Caractéristiques de la station comprennent chauffée 6000 pieds carrés piscine, piscine pour enfants, quai privé avec Gazebo, les zones humides à pied, un bain à remous, deux centres de conditionnement physique, les enfants de jeux vidéo, et un 36 trous Hawaiian Rumble mini golf adjacent avec le feu volcan! Luxe!: Un condo 2 chambres, 2 salle de bains entièrement meublée est spacieuse, décorée professionnellement avec plafonds de neuf pieds tout au long de l'unité avec des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et chambre à coucher. La chambre principale comprend un lit king size, TV / lecteur DVD, système de musique, salle de bains principale avec baignoire à remous et d'un balcon face à Disney! 2ème chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux, de la télévision, beaucoup de lumière naturelle et l'entrée à la deuxième salle de bains. Condo dispose d'un ensemble supplémentaire unique de lits superposés juste pour les enfants situé juste à l'extérieur de la chambre principale, et avec le grand canapé-lit dans le salon de l'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes au total! Cuisine complète comprend beau comptoir de granit, côte à côte réfrigérateur, four / micro-ondes plage, deux lavabos, lave-vaisselle et d'un lecteur de musique portable. Des fonctionnalités supplémentaires de la suite comprennent une lumière très vive naturelle avec une baie vitrée à côté de la salle à manger, laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, Internet haute vitesse dans la suite (via une connexion LAN), et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite à la piscine.

Unique! Deux grands balcons!: Notre unité est tout à fait unique, avec deux balcons - le balcon avant face à Downtown Disney / Epcot, et le balcon arrière donnant sur le magnifique lac Bryan! Sans aucun doute, cette unité offre des vues panoramiques spectaculaires. Nous sommes tombés en amour avec elle, et l'amour de l'espace supplémentaire!

En tant que station de vacances, une charge de nettoyage initial de 50 $ par séjour est facturé et nous ne fournissons pas de service de ménage quotidien. Toutefois, si on le souhaite, ces services sont disponibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires grâce à la réception. bureau de réservation sur place pour gérer le check-in avec facilité.

Alentours!: En plus de superbes chambres, l'hôtel est niché sur les rives du privé 400 acres lac Bryan avec motomarines vacances arrangements disponibles (jet ski, bateaux à moteur, ski nautique, kayak, canoë-kayak). Awesome place. Clean, spacious, beds are very comfortable, and kitchen is great. Just over all comfortable. This is our second time staying in this resort area, but we loved this unit the most. Amazing views from both balconies. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic property

This condo was perfect for our stay. Convenient to all Orlando has to offer. We attended the Arnold Palmer PGA Golf Tourney, Disney and Universal — all within 15-20 minutes of the property. The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I lived on the balconies when we were not out and about. Enjoyed the views and the fireworks from there!

Beautiful condo with a great view

My family and I picked this place for its clean, beautiful look and close proximity to the Disney theme park. The space was great, the decor and furniture were like new. The view from both patios did not disappoint. Definitely recommend and we look forward to booking again. Host was easy to talk to and accommodating.

A beautiful place to relax

Our family enjoyed the space and comfort this condo offers. We had relaxing mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise over Lake Bryan. In the evenings, we sat on the bedroom balcony and watched fireworks from the Disney parks. The unit was clean; the beds were super comfy and the furniture on the lakeside balcony was beautiful and inviting. My only suggestions would be to have more than 1 set of towels for each person. A hair dryer is provided but if you have long or thick hair, bring your own. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Very Pleased

My family and I absolutley loved this condo. It was soo nice that we didn't want to leave and go to the attractions but we knew we had to. We felt right at home. It was very clean, close to all of the major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The view of the fireworks and Lake Bryan was amazing. We have picked this condo as our future vacation spot everytime we visit Orlando. I will definetly recommend Blue Heron to all of my friends and family. It truly exceeded my expectations.

We loved the condo. It was nice and roomy. It had plenty of sleeping room for us (2 adults and 3 kids). It was clean and had a great view. I didn't know that the free shuttle service ran at certain times. It took some getting use to but it was fine. Restaurants and Walgreens were in walking distance which was terrific.

The View... The View... The View...!!!

The condo was very nice, spacious and we felt at home during our stay. The views from both balconies were incredible and because they were oversized, we spent a lot of time on them looking out over Lake Bryan and Disney! It was very relaxing and private at the same time being the end unit, we also took advantage of the fireworks display every night. It's a great location and with-in walking or driving distance to shops & restaurants. The grounds were well maintained and parking was never a problem, very convenient! We had friends visit who live in the Orlando area and they were impressed with the balcony views as well. We would definitely stay on the 20th floor again and recommend this specific unit to our family & friends!

great condo great location

My husband, myself and our 2 year grandson stayed in this condo for 5 days and absolutly loved it. We have rented many condos in the past and this was by far the most luxurious we have ever stayed in. Very clean and modern and huge. The picutes do not do it justice. The view from either of the outdoor decks was amazing. We watched the fireworks show from Epcot every evening. The resort itself was excellent, the staff super helpful and went out of their way to help you. We were about 10 minute drive to magic kingdom and tons of shopping within 5-10 min drive from the condo. Had a great time and would book this condo again. Thanks:)

Will be back!

This was a great experience for myself and my family. It's in a great location with easy access to restaurants, mini-golf, shopping, the highway and the theme parks. Clean and nicely appointed rooms with terrific views. The pool area is family friendly with the entire depth not reaching more than 4.5 feet. Plenty of lounge chairs and the ledge around the pool is great to relax on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would have given this an excellent rating however they did have some issues with an emergency water pipe repair that caught us in the middle of a load of laundry which was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that...it's a great place!

Fabulous unit - couldn't have been better

This unit is on the 20th floor with spectacular views - 2 balconies - amazing! Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, bunk beds, in unit washer/drier - there was only hubby and I but we loved every moment of our two week stay. There were a couple of glitches but nothing that wasn't fixed instantly, and nothing that would detract us from staying here again. It is a busy part of Orlando, and the I-4 is under construction so a bit of a nightmare but there are ways around if you look for them. I hope to stay here again next year. There was no fault to be found. Bed was fabulous, pillows too and lots of them. Housekeeping available if you wanted it, or not, your choice. Shouldn't praise it too much in case it gets booked out from under me!

Wonderful Condo

Boy what a pleasant surprise to find such a nice condo so close to all the attractions for such a wonderful price. The balcony on the end and side of the unit was magnificient. Being able to see fireworks at Epcot from the Master balcony was magical for tired kids each night. The condo was equiped with all things needed for our stay. We did not take advantage of the provided transportation but instead took our vehicle and paid parking each day at the parks. I loved doing this. Even though it was $14.00 per day to park it was much better than riding a bus and fighting people for a seat. I will never used provided transportation again since I found this to be so easy and convient. The last evening we were there it rained as we were sitting on the balcony and a double rainbow circled the lake and look like it surrounded our unit. The girls loved it....now that was surely a magical moment. I recommend this unit 100%.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved it! We enjoyed our stay very much. Our family of 5 stayed in tower 2 on the 20th floor. We had a corner condo with 2 balconies. One overlooking Lake Bryan and the other one overlooking Downtown Disney. Amazing view at night and fireworks. The kitchen had pretty much the basics you need like some pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils , silverware ,plates , cups, glasses etc.. I was impressed with everything it had. Towels, washer and dryer, blow dryer, whirlpool tub in master bathroom. We have no complaints. We had great views from both balconies. Great location! Close to disney. Walmart is no more than 10 minutes away for groceries. Walgreens , Cici's pizza and dollar tree are walking distance. All the pictures were legit..no lies! We got what we reserved. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Check in is at 11am ,but our room was ready at 10am when we arrived and they let us check in. Very clean! Nice and big pool. We had a great time here that we would definitely come back. It was our first visit to Orlando and enjoyed it very much. Definitely recommend

Wouldn't Change A Thing...We'll Be Back!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful! The property was exactly as described and the TWO balconies both had great views. We took advantage of the balcony overlooking Disney almost every night! Fireworks were plentiful from both Epcot and Magic Kindgom! It was one of the best parts of our stay. Pools were great, check-in staff was helpful...nothing that we would have changed. Cici's is a great/cheap pizza joint that is only a short walk away...the dollar store (next to Cici's) is a convienient location to get all those items you may need for the kitchen or that you forgot to pack...they also carry a small selection of groceries! We walked to Walgreens, Wendy, and Lonestar...there are other restaurants within walking distance too! Downtown Disney is just a short drive away and overall it is a great, central location! Our kids often asked if we could just get dinner and go "home" because they really enjoyed being there! There is no doubt that when we visit Florida again, we will definitely try to get this unit!! We will recommend it to friends and family! You won't be disappointed! We had a wonderful vacation and our choice of staying in this condo at Blue Heron was part of what made trip so enjoyable! Thank you!!

Cool Condo by Walt Disney World Resort

If you are going to Disney / Orlando area with a family and want more space and terrific value, look no further. This 2 bedroom condo is awesome! It can very comfortably accommodate 4 - and much more. Our 2 boys (11 and 8) were expecting the typical hotel room or suite. When they saw they had their own bedroom and individual beds (with tv), bathroom, along with a spacious kitchen and living / dining room to lounge around, they were totally pumped to be staying here. The condo is so close to Disney theme parks; it’s almost like being right on Disney's property. But you get so much more for the price! The condo furnishings are deluxe, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen has all the gadgets you will ever need for making meals and snacks - and for enjoying a well deserved glass of wine after a great day at Disney with the kids. One last thing - as this particular condo is an end unit and near the top of the tower, it has balconies with views in three directions. We had our morning coffee on the one balcony where we enjoyed the morning sun and a breathtaking view of the lake. From the master bedroom / balcony, you can see straight across Disney. It was a perfect location to watch the nightly fireworks. We will definitely stay at this condo when in Orlando again. THANKS!

What a vacation!

My girlfriends and I did our very first RunDisney event this weekend when we ran in the Disney Princess Enchanted 10k. Being that there was 5 of us, a Disney Resort was going to be very cramped. We searched through tons of rentals through HomeAway before settling on this condo. The location was great as it was close to Wal-Mart for groceries, and less than 5 miles from Disney. We could actually see Epcot from our balcony. Cameron was great to work with, and always answered the questions we had in a timely manner. When we first arrived at the condo, we found the staff to be extremely helpful. The actual condo just took our breath away. The views when we got to the 20th floor were out of this world. When we got inside, we were beside ourselves. We just ran from room to room exclaiming how we couldn't believe we had gotten so lucky. Everything was beyond gorgeous. The views were phenomenal. Everything in the condo was perfectly clean and meticulous. Unfortunately for is, Orlando was in the middle of a cold snap when we arrived and it got pretty cold at night. But our request for extra blankets was quickly fufilled. The only thing I can honestly say we would have liked to see was wifi in the rooms. As it was they did have an Ethernet cord for computers. Overall our stay was perfect, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. As we plan on making the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon Weekend an annual event, we will absolutely be returning to the Blue Heron Beach Resort. Thanks Cameron and Tina for a fantastic experience!

The resort is undergoing a major overhaul of its fibre optic network and WiFi and it will be 'state of the art' as of early April 2015, for your next visit! In the mean time, the resort does offer free WiFi modems to hook in to the Ethernet cable to get WiFi in the condo. Once again, thanks for the great review!!!

The unit was clean upon arrival and all pictures I viewed on-line were true. We stayed on one of the higher floors and the views were spectacular especially sunrise over Lake Bryan. The kitchen lack a few basic items. There were only 2 sauce pans but when I requested a fry pan, one was delivered immediately. The sauce pans were made of that non-stick material and were scratched and chipped. If I wanted to use the oven in this unit I would have had to request oven safe pans and pot holders as neither of these items were in the unit. The dishwasher was not secured under the counter so when I opened the door the first time, the entire unit fell out from under the counter. There was a pile of dirty bath towels left in the hallway by the housekeeping closet for 5 days. The resort states "free daily newspapers" however on most days there were not enough for all guests. The resort shuttle was very limited and you had to sign-up the night before if you wanted to use the shuttle the next day. The unit I stayed in needs updating as the appliances and furniture are very worn. I suggest removing all of the plastic flower arrangements (there were so many in every room!) because they are nothing more than dust collectors and are not very attractive.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. We're glad that you enjoyed the views, which are truly spectacular from our specific unit! I will certainly relay the message about a few of the kitchen items missing, however I wanted to note that it is fully equipped with all the appliances one would need including a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc. I'm glad that the staff quickly provided you with a sauce pans and whatever was missing - that's what we pay them for, to make sure everything is available! It's unfortunate when a guest takes a pan or breaks one and doesn't inform the staff, it creates a problem for the next guest. I will also pass on the issue with the pile of linens - there is a housekeeping area on each floor in the elevator hallway (not in the condo itself ) for the housekeeping staff to take away and clean the linens, I suppose they were not as diligent in removing those out of sight on this particular occasion - I have referred this to the management staff at the resort, but I wanted to be clear that this was not an issue inside the condo itself. In terms of the resort shuttle - yes - I have a few condos in different Orlando resorts, and they all operate the same - it is not a continuous shuttle and they do require booking the night before in each resort I own, so I can't see that as an unrealistic expectation. Any guests that asks me about the shuttle, I make sure and tell them how it works - we like to rent a car ourselves to do shopping and what not. In terms of updating of the unit, I wanted to note we follow the resort's recommendations diligently on updates that are needed. For example, this past few months the King bed and bedding was replaced,all the carpeting was replaced with high quality carpeting, as well as the flat screens. I haven't heard issues from any guests about the furnishings, and as you mention, the pictures are completely accurate which also show the furnishings. My personal view is that a 3 out of 5 rating isn't justified for the condo, given all of our recent upgrades, as well as the spectacular views of the lake and the Disney fireworks, so I wish you the best in your next selection for your vacation.
